I notice participation in the forum is way down (though the forum is much more civil).
I suspect it has something to do with the brief bans. Though it is a very good thing, it could be affecting participation somehow. Or it could be the minimum number of letters. I really can't fathom it. Maybe you should go back to how it used to be - more uncivil and tribalist. Because the forum has to first survive before talk of it being polite!

YouTube does not allow anyone to upload pictures or videos of women walking on a road. Close to 15 Candid video sites all lost their internet licenses or websites because it was felt the women in the videos were being secretly recorded. Me being a sharp guy I knew it was only a matter of time before the Americans went against that practice. All 15 websites disappeared without a trace for recording women with camera's as they walked down the street. The problem was simple, the woman is the subject of the entire video does she know she is being recorded, does she want her body to be viewed by millions ?
Your saying because people are in the public you can take their pictures is no better than the alaba man who pirates DVD's they say well I bought the DVD I can do what I want with it.
