But now they're seeing they...along with another powerhouse Israel ...cannot defeat Iran...and Israel is being reduced to rubble in the process...so they're thinking if the US cannot protect Israel....how can they protect us? What's worse ...Iran is targeting those who back the US. Iran has hit the US bas s and installations in these countries.... now they're seeing teaming up with the US would make the country a target for attack. And we wonder why these countries are keeping their distance. The Arab countries have been basically cutting ties with the US...they want peace. France is quick to set the record straight ... they want no smoke from Iran

Go back and re-read what they posted. You are confusing videoing someone with what you do with the video afterwords - which is why the courts are there.
She was criticizing the govt. Police is an organ of govt. If she were breaking the law Police would have arrested her there and then - that's their job!

Quite the opposite. Why do you think premises post that you're being recorded? Just comming to your event doesn't mean they consent to you using there image.
On the other hand, if you see someone on the road and start recording them, they can ask you to stop BUT you don't have to - and there is nothing they can do about it except physically attack you (like those people attacked the lady) - which can land them in jail!

Content creators in "saner climes" actually don't seek any permission. They even use fake AI images of people without their permission. BUT they also get sued if they're popular or have money and they usually settle out of court

My friend facility is NOT public space. When you are in a PUBLIC SPACE there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and anybody can video you.
What they do with your image is a different matter all together and that's why the courts are there!
In other words you're not breaking any law videoing someone in a public space; Police can't arrest you .
