I stopped reading at the first paragraph. University of Ibadan was established in 1948. As a college with ties to University of London though, became a degree awarding institution in 1962.

UNN was established on 18th May, 1955.

To me this nuclear possession makes other nations submissive but non- proliferation can only be achieved if countries can accept and let go of this feeling of been inferior abi oppressed.
