PoliticsRe: It Is Mathematically Impossible For Buhari To Lose by QuiverBox(f): 12:28pm On Mar 27, 2015
egift:
1. Since 2011, a lot has changed.
2. Nigerians are now aware of the incompetence of Jonathan.
3. Unlike 2011, APC have a wider and stronger political structures than CPC.
4. More voters, politicians, international communities now embrace the candidacy of Buhari.
5. The 2015 Campaign of Buhari is better funded and has been issue based, unlike Jonathan who spent more attacking the person of Buhari.

6. Buhari has penetrated Jonathan's primary stronghold, while Jonathan has lost ground in where GMB's base.
7. Nigerians are not happy with how things have been handled under Jonathan. Everyone wants Change. Apart from improvements in few places, we can't see any transformation in Jonathan's cosmetics.
8. Buhari has better understanding to the problems facing Nigerian. Untill 2015 New Year Message, Jonathan never accepted Corruption was a big problem.
9. Buhari and his Team have ran a better Presidential Campaign than Jonathan, even with smaller fund. Same thing to expect in the incoming administration.

Therefore this 2015, it is Mathematically impossible for Buhari to lose.

24hrs to go. Vote APC. Sai Buhari.

there is this misguided perception that the 'hausa fulani' majority will wreck violence on southerners should Buhari lose. This i can assure you is false
Muslim hausas and Fulanis are killers. They move around with daggers underneath their garments.

They instigate the "talakawas" in the mosques and encourage them to unleash violence on infidels.

The talakawas are the poor people amongst them that depend on other muslims for survival.

They preach hate in their mosque against Christians and other ethnic group.

What they are currently preaching in their mosque is , they should never accept any result if its not GMB.

These Muslims Hausa / Fulani are wicked.

socialmediaman:
Yesterday i saw a post that made headlines in many Nigerian News Media outlets predicting that "GEJ will win the 2015 election" conducted by a so-called UK based Kevin, Charlyn & Kimberly Associates. After reading the said survery, some things didnt make sense, and something started looking fishy. Here are the points which raised the first red flag:
1. The so-called poll was generated based on some of the most irrelevant deciding factors for most Nigerians running up to the 2015 general elections. The so-called survey based its most deciding factor on human rights protection. Every Nigerian knows that the major deciders for the 2015 general elections are 1. Corruption, 2. Unemployment, 3. Electricity, 4. Level of poverty 5. Currency Devaluation among others. While the human rights record of Buhari has been a consideration for many based on its media publicity and promotion by the PDP campaign team, It never at anytime topped the priority list of most ordinary Nigerian voters over the main issues mentioned above. The top problem most southern Nigerians had with Buhari in this election prior to Feb 14 was not mostly about his human rights record, but mostly about his religious and ethnic bias.
2. The poll claimed “The PDP is starting to look strong while Jonathan’s management of the economy is being better understood and appreciated. A Jonathan’s win will see a continuation of his transformation agenda in the economy and all other sectors which has witnessed significant improvement under his watch.
While The PDP has become much more confident than it was before February 14, It is very biased or outright callous to state that Jonathan's management of the economy is now being appreciated by Nigerians. By who if i may ask? WHat did the so-called research group mean by a "continuation of transformation agenda" which many Nigerians clearly see as fraud or at best, a hype? Which areas exactly are the transformation taking place? Is it electricity improvement? Is it employment generation? Is it police reform? Is it corruption and indiscipline? is it government accountability? Recall that it is in Jonathan's government that people accused of corruption now get court injunctions to prevent you from even investigating the case. The major place in my opinion that Nigerians appreciate the Jonathan's government is the area of freedom of expression where he would beat Buhari till date, but using that as the main issue to judge this election is rather a misinformed priority. Nigerians have also seen a hyped transformation is the railway system rehabilitation, but, on a scale of 1 to 10, where would you place that on the priority list of Nigerians? In the Agriculture sector, yes that is a major score point of this government which cannot be taken away, yet it does not constitute the major issues bothering the 2015 election. Even the freedom of information act is at best a joke, what Nigerians can only see is freedom of expression to a large extent, but not the implementation of the freedom of information, nothing much has changed in that respect.
3. This so-called United Kingdom based research and political risk consultancy firm is only a figment of Imagination of the PDP. Just Google the company name and find out for yourself. The so-called company has no website, it has no known history of political research and consultancy business in the UK or any part of the world, the only time it was mentioned online again after this obviously fraudulent poll was in 2010 when it was said to have predicted a win at the Anambra Governorship election for Hon Uche Ekwunife, just 5 days to the election. Ref: http://www.nigerianbestforum.com/blog/ekwunife%E2%80%99s-profile-scares-opponents/
The last time this company was reported on the news by unpopular blogs in 2010, it was said that the company was based in Lagos. Now it is said to based in the UK, no address, no website, no known business or activity, yet it made headlines all over the Nigerian news media.
So my Question is, Why did this news make headlines all over the Nigerian Media? How low has journalism gone in Nigeria? For a company whose identity cannot be verified, for a poll which lacks credibility based on its substance in relation to the real issues bothering the 2015 general elections, how did this pass through screening on news media outlets?
You be the judge. I believe the mystery behind this fraudulent poll, just like the fraudulent Chatham House protest, will be unearthed in the following days to come. God Bless Nigeria
saharachic:
Seun needs to start sanitizing and verifying posts before they make home page. This should be on fp, coz it will be a shame if nairaland does not address this blatant deceit
See how an online poll has made all of you apprehensive, hope you guys will have the sufficient blood pressure that will sustain you when GEJ is declared Winner?

FamilyRe: Churches And Wedding Wahala. What Is Your Take On This? by QuiverBox(f): 12:06am On Mar 19, 2015
SmartFaces:
She she had been in this relationship for one year, he proposed, everything followed to their traditional marriage last months. But his church says they can't live together until the white wedding is done. He is not buoyant or ready for a white wedding now but has carried out all rights both legal and traditional as they both agreed. what should they do?
The question now is, at what point is marriage recognized and honoured?
Is it at the point of...
(A) agreement between both spouse?
(B) Introduction (both families meeting and knowing each other)?
(C) Traditional Marriage?
(D) Court Marriage? Or the mighty
(E) White Wedding?

For me i think these churches complicates issues.
please i need sincere judgments and opinion, no insults or name calling.
We are all here to learn.
Kingblingz:
Personally Me I don't intend doing white wedding, make e be say afta my traditional wedding wan YEYE pastor go come dey tell me say ah no fit live 2geda wit my wife till afta church wedding dat day d pastor go tell me weda na church offering I use do my traditional marriage or my money!
prettythicksme:
op no need of church wedding#court and traditional wedding are preferable these days.
Tashaamania:
OP, he is not buoyant enough to carry out church wedding?
Please when did the church start charging people for weddingshuh
ronald4lif:
He should make a decision, quit the church and join another if they suspend him or do the wedding in his church. He should make up his mind already. Move to another provided is not a white garment. wink
daimsy:
hypocrisy is most associated with churches and their leaders.
Some of the churches contributes to the frustration of young men and women who would've settled down with their choice of patner .
Church wedding does not mean he will spend money.

The Church elders did not say he must do church wedding with receptions.

Church wedding simply means - officially ordaining / recognizing your union in church.

He should simply pick a date , invite family and friend and be joined in holy matrimony.

It must not be on Saturday morning oh. It can be anytime approved by the church.

Celebration can come when he has money.

Nigeria and policies, especially this CBN. Got my UnityBank ATM card retained by a SkyeBank ATM machine around waterlines in PH. Even though somebody had advised me not to go for the card again because they won't give me back I still decided to make a try because it sounded strange to me. When I got to the customer care table of SkyeBank and asked for my ATM card, the lady there said "am sorry we can't give you the card back, we would destroy it that's the new CBN policy". I told her that was harsh na and immediately she said "when we started it at first it was hard for us but now we must do what is required of us.
This policy is really harsh, imagine I travelled abroad and left my wife with my ATM card to make withdrawals and now its been retained, its really not a comfortable policy.
If your wife has your card and its retained it will not be returned to her , even if this CBN policy did not exist
