Stay one place na,why are you shifting goal post at every giving point? grin
Na you set condition for pardon which is repentance and now you are running away from it grin
Do not forget that Igbos was targeted by boko haram, they bombed them on xmas day in a catholic church and bombed a bus station belonging to Igbo businessman that cost a lot of lives. All in all they were all crimes against humanity none is leser or more grievious than other.I can see you are not ready for justice. For you it is okay to grant BH members pardon even though they have killed more than any other terrorist group in Nigeria. As for MNK I am not a fan of his but I hate the hypocrisy and double standard of Nigeria government.
No terrorist deserves a pardon whether repentant or not because they have blood in their dirty hands.

Nobody is shifting anything & I didnā€™t set condition for anything. I only highlighted the differences between the scenarios you presented. I also never said it was okay for any terrorist to be released, you can express yourself without falsehood. Fact is Kanu is in a unique mess. Maybe you need to read again.

QuotaSystem:

The North in particular, especially Hausa-Fulani, has a special axe to grind with Nnamdi Kanu. He overstepped his boundaries way too far with his extreme, targeted hate speech, propaganda, insults and denigration through Radio Biafra, not to mention the deliberate targeting of northerners and their property for killings and destruction for several years.

Coincidentally, even the sitting President Tinubu, who can ultimately grant him pardon, was a victim of Kanuā€™s targeted violence during the hijacked EndSars protests, when the terrorist gave instructions to destroy President Tinubuā€™s assets, including TVC studios. The lame comparisons youā€™ve been making clearly shows you donā€™t appreciate how much of a unique mess your terrorist Kanu is in.

Even a thousand whataboutismā€™s and ten thousand repentances will not stop him from facing his treason trial. It is what it is āœŒšŸ½

But there is evidence your government is granting mass pardon to terrorist in the north that is all that matters.

This would have made have sense if Kanu surrendered or committed to laying down arms and was refused pardon, instead of continuing to bark and grandstand in court despite being forcefully re-arrested and returned to his cage.

Unrepentant Terrorist Nnamdi Kanu will not be released and will face his trial and punishment.

Do you have any evidence Northern coalition groups have ever gone against or condemned granting of pardon to Bokoharam terrorist as they did the release of MNK?Igbo lives and properties and churches was equally targeted and destroyed in the North. My point is no terrorist deserved to be released but why the North releasing their terrorist in pretense of repentant terrorist and rehab program?
And before you forget,How many BH/Fulani herdsmen terrorist have been tried and convicted in the past 14 years by the Nigeria Government?

You failed to produce the evidence to back your false claim that the CNG ever supported or agitated for the release of any terrorist.

Ojiofor:

In principle I am opposed to the release of any terrorist/bandits anywhere in Nigeria but the Northern coalition group have no moral justification to go against Nnamdi Kanu's release when they are in support of granting pardon to Boko haram terrorist and other bandits operating in the North.

I work with facts and do not engage in whataboutism.

Nnamdi Kanu will face his treason and terrorism trial regardless of any falsehood or propaganda peddled.

I rest my case.

At bolded. If any of those terrorist pretend to have repented he will be pardoned and rehabilitated,is it no so?

It is not so, itā€™s after Army investigation, profiling & clearance.

Nnamdi Kanu will also be released if heā€™s found innocent and non-complicit in terror activities at the end of his trial (without prejudice, we both know that is an impossibility).

So the North have set a dangerous precedent the Southeast politicians are now emulating in asking for the release of their own terrorist.
Nigeria should be a country of rule of law where every citizen is equal before the law. There should be no room for selective justice.
If you can grant Northern terrorist pardon then you should equally grant pardon to SE terrorist too that is the logic behind the call for MNK release..

Do you have any evidence that the Coalition of Northern Groups were in support of granting pardon to any terrorist? You donā€™t because itā€™s simply untrue.

Itā€™s this continuous resort to falsehood and propaganda that muddles up most of the SE agitations and makes other Nigerians dismiss it as nothing but dishonest mischief. There is NO basis or logic behind calls for the release of terrorist Nnamdi Kanu and considering the numerous lives and property many innocent Northerners in the East have lost in the hands of his terrorist IPOB/ESN, civilians and security personnel, the CNG has every moral justification to oppose his release.

Waiting for your evidence.

Only in Nigeria that deadly terrorist are granted amnesty, so why are they mad at the release of Nnamdi Kanu?

It is this sheer dishonesty and contradictions that stops anyone from taking your agitations seriously.

The statement that ā€œ the terrorist that were bombing Churches and motor parks and kidnapped hundreds of school girls and forced them into marriage have ALL been pardonedā€ is patently FALSE, I challenge you to prove otherwise.

Furthermore, your stance on terrorists and terrorism should be based on principle and not sentiments. If youā€™re opposed to the release of terrorists (as is right to do), then you should be consistent in all cases across board, and not on a subjective basis like youā€™re suggesting with regard to the release of terrorist Nnamdi Kanu. You canā€™t condemn the wrongful amnesty/release of terrorists in the NE, yet advocate for the release of a terrorist because heā€™s from your SE. Two wrongs cannot make a right.

These desperate, despicable, double speaking miscreants are on the prowl again.

After instigating the protest and noticing the readiness of genuinely aggrieved citizens across the nation to express their displeasure with the government through a peaceful protest, theyā€™re now pretending to wash their hands off a protest they originally instigated.

The X space where they were planning extreme violence during the protest, how to attack the National Assembly and ferry Peter Obi out of the country before they start the mayhem, is still online for anyone to listen to. While others are aiming at getting the government to sit up and ease/change its policies causing hardship, they are focused on regime change and getting the President to resign. In their dreams.

Notice how the OP keeps mischievously pointing fingers at the Fulani while trying to exonerate the Igbos that instigated the whole thing? Itā€™s part of their desperate agenda to scuttle their perceived threat of Northern-SW political alliance which they think is breaking because of a few rattles. No chance.

To underline their hypocrisy, they complain of Ibos being profiled as the promoters of the aptly named Ibo protest due to the utterances of many Ibos, but rush to profile the protest as Fulani driven due to the statements of a few disgruntled northerners that comprise Kanuri, Hausa, Fulani etc. Despicable humans.

Despite the pretense, if the protest is called off today, theyā€™d be the first to start complaining that Nigerians are docile, because the real targets of those IPOB masquerades is regime change at all costs, since Obi cannot win at the ballot.

Fortunately, Nigerians are wiser.

As a student, I worked part time on the sales desk of an insurance company in the UK. The requirement to keep our phones locked away in our lockers during work hours wasnā€™t due to any ā€œwickednessā€ or high-handedness of management, but in compliance with the strict UK financial regulations that governed our operations since we took credit card numbers and other sensitive PID information to purchase insurance over the phone, which needed to be as far from any recording devices as possible.

And apart from the monthly Ā£2k in wages & bonuses, working there was fun and rewarding in more ways than one.
