muthafuckas tried to rob in a growing hold up before doyin bustop [before orile] at 9.30 pm this evening. bastards eyes are chooking majorly - i was shocked that they are robbing at Christmas eve, and at that location. was just entering the hold up so no cars behind me. i made eye contact with these boys walking beside the road and the next thing they tried to swarm around my car. i quickly changed lanes and they briefly focused on another car, then came after me again. i tried to ram one dumb enough to get in front of me, the guy jumped away with the expression of an aggrieved pedestrian. next thing another is at my window barking the ubiquituos 'where is the money?' h e then smashes the window and hits me in the face. i reverse the car, bashing the bumper and do a 180 degree turn and go one way in the opposite direction.

eko on ni baje jubayi is all i can say

on top work wey no dey finish. theres an overdue project at work, i'm the manager, and the pressure na die . executive intrest in the project is 101%, so no break until facility is delivered

now i have to spend the next 2 weeks driving around in my gas guzzling, half dead suv which our lovely fg is ensuring i cant replace with all this import duty and naira devaluation

always finding a corner to "block" me and find out how I was getting on.

I have been an introvert all my life and I've carried that lifestyle into my online life. This has been a hindrance for me to really come out in all my glory and associate with people hereon. It didn't stop me from recognizing awesomeness when we cross paths though and as such, I'll have to shout out to them just so they can maintain their wonderful natures. To the very 5 people I follow, you are the best there is: OAM4J, Odumchi, Busybody2, r231 and Naijasinglegirl, you guys rock big time. There is a reason, a genuine reason why I follow you and you all never disappointed. I may not have related with you outside NL but it doesn't stop the fact that I salute your awesomeness always.

There are still wonderful NLnders who in no small way make me smile when I read their posts, yet some more make me lose focus momentarily and wish I could just slap them through my screen. Lol. Some more are so humane I also pray to have their kind of nature, you know, the kind of grace upon them, I salute you all.

To those, the very few I know off NL, you guys rock!

And to the very dumb French students, better relocate to Katsina and get proper education.

24 December 21:10pm

On Monday 22nd, the field officer was able to accompany Hamed to Lakeshore Cancer Center in Victoria Island.

Registration at the hospital and Consultations with the oncologist were done and some tests were prescribed to identify the source of the malignancy.

It is instructive to state that we now have two doctors working with us behind the scenes helping via email to make sense of the tests and recommended treatments.
Also LCC does not admit patients.

The oncologist has recommended he continue the drug regimen for abdominal TB in the meantime at the Life Specialist where he is being stabilised.

We intend to do a Laparoscopy to have a clearer picture and we are working on that


The following hospitals were contacted

1. Reddington - No response as they said they with only provide a quote upon referral

2. HCG -an Indian hospital too was contacted but the opinion of the consulting doctors is that chemotherapy and the treatment plan recommended may not be beneficial for the patient

3. Paelon Memorial - they are fully booked for the year.

4. Eko Hospital- they don't perform such a procedure

5. AVLSC was contacted but they are fully booked.

Hamed is at Life Specialist and will be there over the XMas period

If you are chanced, he will appreciate your prayers and visits.
Once we are informed due to the hospital protocol, the field officer can facilitate a visit

Also please for those who are able, keep the donations coming in as the necessary tests and the operation to determine the growth seen will most likely be done in the new year.
