What is your business oga gobenor. Should local government not be independent. Does the President check on you. Let the people who should be served by local government hold them to account. If they cannot out of ignorance or sentiment then they suffer for it. The governor doesn't even understand his responsibility. Delineate power and responsibility and watch them all sit up. It is the structure dear governor.

You will see a governor dealing with farmers when he should be dealig with agric processing companies.
You will see a governor chasing taxis when he should be building metros.
You will see a governor comissioning dumpsters when he should be comissioning recycling plants....

Nigeria is just a comedy.

Local Councils in Nigeria are constrained due lack of financial autonomy, diversion of resources meant for the rural populace and undue interference from State Governments instead of a presumed supportive role. In fact, the third tier of government is effectively starved of funds needed carry out its functions at the detriment of people living in the rural communities.

Unbudgeted expenditure is the baneof development in Nigeria. it is sad that criminals in government only budget on paper and end up mismanaging resources of the country. I think it should be made a crime to spend money without following the budget. All budgeting procedure of the government in all tiers should be overhauled to always reflect the true reality of goernment revenue and expenditure

All other beings besides the Almighty God including all mankind, angels, spirits, animate and inanimate objects are his creatures. Thus Moses, Abraham, Jesus, and Muhammad are creatures of the One and Only True God.

There is only one true God (Allah, Olodumare, Olohun, Ubangiji, Chinese and other lingual representations) All other beings the Alpha and Omega are creatures of the Almighty. He is the only one deserving of true worship, being the creator and originator of the whole universe.

God is also the Lord of the heavens and the earth. He sustains and provides and takes care of his creature without even an effort of their e.g. provision of nutrition to a child in the womb through the mammalian.

The Lordship of God differs from that of his creatures I.e. landlord, lord of court, lord of water reservoir etc., it is not ephemeral, short lived like that of humans who die and ate inherited by an offspring. God does not die and without his sustenance for a second all existence will crumble to naught.

I wonder what right has soyinka to force his decadent views-- atheism and now pro-gay on the majority of Nigerians who believe that homosexuality is wrong and should not be condoned in our society. It seems this prof has already gone nuts and has no moral ground whatsoever on the issue.
