Btw, 900million naira is small sef. I thought the Op would say 900billion naira. Mtscheeew!
Oniranu kaba kaba! I wonder o! Just 900million, not in cash o but total assets, some of which must have appreciated immensely over time. |

Ok Firefire: We shall be objective in our criticisms. However, Nigerians demands accountability and truthfulness from PMB. Finito! Dr Wunmi Akintide never said Buhari declared 900 million naira!!! God! Why are you PDP members like this. That was how you guys were trying to assassinate Buhari's character all through the campaign through lies and same backfired on you. Is it not time to give it a rest already and wait for him to start implementing policies. Eventually your case will just be like the case of the boy who cried wolf. This is the original article by dr wunmi Akintide http://saharareporters.com/2015/06/04/apc-and-buhari-are-going-have-shortest-honeymoon-nigerians-dr-wumi-akintideAnd by the way, Buhari never ever said he had 1million naira. And 900million in total asset is chicken change. Some of his properties must have appreciated over time. We know of people who bought lands for 50 thousand naira just 10 years ago and the worth of the land is now 1 million naira if not more than. So I actually expect his total worth will be more than 900million. Loba tan. |

eph12: If you look at the points that arr being criticized, do you think they shouldn't be? Shehu, Buhari's aide already said Buhari has fulfilled one of his electoral promises by declaring his asset. Do u think he has? We all agreed Buhari was not like those reckless politians. There was a picture of him drinking #50 milo and we were happy that our money is safe bah? Unless what Aisha wore that day was the fake one, this doesn't add up. We were deceived some years ago with the i had no shoes campaign. We don't want a repeat. We were told he had just one house, in daura. But it's reported that he is still staying at his private residence in Abuja. During the campaigns, APC successfully identified the numerous problems plaguing Nigeria. Election came and went and they had two months to choose the team needed to make things happen. We are still waiting. Almost every ministry is on standstill. Someone said the 8th assembly was needed to approve their appointments. But the 7th assembly approved the 19 aides or so without any problems so why should that of the ministers be a problem. Any ways we are here now. I believe it can only get better but we can't afford to crawl. That's my point. Hope you understand. We shouldn't be gullible all the time. I admit, some of his supporters went overboard while trying to sell him. However, he never said all those things. It was just a matter of him living within his means, and that may include him, being able to buy expensive watch for his wife. He categorically said, during an interview with ebony tv that it was a rumour, that he does have more than 1 million naira. He is a former head of state, who is still being paid remember. I for one try to verify what ever I read or hear as much as I can and even then, you will rarely see me insulting or abusing any leader. I will be among those who will criticize him when we actually need to but for now, it is just too early. We should only be vigilante and keep taking note so as not to sound stupid. What if he is eventually able to successfully refute all these allegations? Then it will reduce the credibility of the opposition and fewer people still will take them serious subsequently, just like the boy who cried wolf. |

eph12: Brother don't you think it's better this way? So they know that they are being watched, every of their steps, decisions, actions or inactions. This way they won't dare fail. If this criticism doesn't work on them then nothing can I think the real problem basically is so many people on this forum don't have any fruitful job. So, let them continue if that will atleast give them some joy in life. Even the official PDP people are not yet complaining because they know it makes no sense to start complaining this early. |

eph12: And even when it was obvious that the NA was gaining upper hand? Or you want to lie that there was never a time like that under GEJ? Madam due process was quick to tweet about the NA when the bastards are striking but would go missing when they're being slaughtered by the army. Many have died, chibok girls still missing since Buhari came in and yet no word from her, Rufai, Lai M et al. Am worried, are they ok? All I remember was Nigerians, including me were happy when those advances were made, even though it appeared hypocritical, else why wait till few weeks befor election. But all the same, as long as the problem is solved, khallas. And my point still is I can't start blaming a govt, no matter how much I hate that govt from the first day. Remember, some were complaining right from the first day. It just doesn't make sense |

CSTR2: The APC goons are still hating on jonathan, so you don't expect respite for buhari. And the constant hypocrisy makes people hate buhari more, coupled with the fact that his ascension to the presidency was more or less a gang-up. Sorry, your buhari is very unlikeable. "Very unlikeable" to those that never liked him before |

eph12: But you didn't support the military under GEJ all because of elections. SMH It was hard to support the military that failed, due to corrupting to adequately arm the foot soldiers, sending them on suicide mission so to say. Or how do you explain giving just three magazines to a soldier to go and face boko haram. Mind you, it was the corrupt military officials that people were against and not the loyal ones risking their lives for our safety. |

eph12: Abi na. But seriously it's much easier to criticize than to defend any government. You guys would soon find out. What you guys don't realise is most of us "defending" Buhari are not even politicians. I for one don't even know any APC or PDP office. But what we are basically doing is just defending common sense. I mean, why should you start criticizing a one week or even one month old govt. It is simply ridiculous and annoying. |

handie: I can't really say I believe this probe will see the light of the day. There are just too many entrenched interests. Though PMB said he belongs to nobody, there're still some people he won't dare touch. Imagine OBJ, Abdusalam Abubakar and Atiku all going to jail. Realistically, the best we can expeect is a plea bargain and house arrest is the farthest things will go Even that is good enough rather than just leave them like nothing happened. |
