Lagos was and will continue to be developed for obvious reasons other than Tinubu and gang.

Doctor of what exactly? Unless he is a quack doctor that deals with the teenage baby making industry in Aba, then we have a problem on our hands.

Actually it is not surprising considering the fact that GEJ is also a doctor grin

Dr? Insincere Nigerian that had to revise his figures 3 times after he was corrected by posters, yet he had the audacity to argue even when presented with basic arithmetic grin grin

But the fool Agbameta is saying LASG were able to embark on theirs cos the roads were ceded to Lagos.

PoliticsRe: Bauchi To Build 140MW Power Plant by Rad1cal: 5:42pm On Oct 13, 2013
Don Magic Juan: you dont even understand my point or you are deliberately dancing away from the main argument as your types have been doing on this thread

For sake of others who may see this post let me state what the basic argument on this thread is all about.

1. The Bauchi State government is set to commence construction on a larger capacity power station that will serve both the state and national grid at which the overal cost estimate for the project is estimated to be far lower than what LASG just commsioned for their State Secretariat alone.

2. The argument of Scale of Economics was presented by APC apologist at first to defend the high cost of this project against that of Bauchi and other federal power projects. That argument was debunked and another was proposed being;

3. That the total 3.2bn Naira will also cover the construction of a gas pipe line. Even though the project has reached completion the gas pipe lines are no where.

4. The APC goons then now employed the argument that Gas turbines are cheaper to operate than diesel. This argument just propped up from them even though it was not an issue. I stated that gas or any other fossil fuel powered generating station are cheaper to construct since they can be sited close to the area of primary need than other forms of renewable energy sources which are usually located in areas where such natural occurring energy sources are abundant. The argument now is diesel vs gas. As if I made any assumption as to the daily operating cost but the total construction cost.

5. It is evidently clear that these APC baboons are just to daft to engage in reasonable or logical debate.
The are starkly confused even in their lies.
PoliticsRe: Bauchi To Build 140MW Power Plant by Rad1cal: 4:32pm On Oct 13, 2013
The FG gas fired plants with tens of MW was considerably cheaper than the LASG own.

Make Una talk another thing joor. Those excuses won't fly.
PoliticsRe: Bauchi To Build 140MW Power Plant by Rad1cal: 3:45pm On Oct 13, 2013
According to the APC goons here , Producing a ton of bread will incur extremely expensive cost than producing 100 tons of bread due to economics of scale.

Una sabi crack joke no be small grin
I can only do that when i know all the details. I don't know where the turbines are coming from, the civil and structural design e.t.c
"smh" .Please proceed to the side bench and take your spot.
PoliticsRe: Bauchi To Build 140MW Power Plant by Rad1cal: 2:29pm On Oct 13, 2013
Where did you get the bold part from?
Do a comparative cost analysis per MW of the proposed Bauchi plant and the 3.2billa LASG plant to arrive at your answer.
PoliticsRe: Bauchi To Build 140MW Power Plant by Rad1cal: 2:15pm On Oct 13, 2013
Standing5: You re tryin so hard to difuse the argument of economy of scale because u know it has shattered all the lies you and your kikes av been peddling here. In the first thread, i posted good links where the effect of Economy of scale on gas fired turbine power plant was confirmed so i wonder why you want an obviously right argument dropped. Plus i don't see anywhere in all the articles posted where they say the task of delivering fuel to the plant is included in the deal.
Go and sit on the side bench with your deceit.

How can a 10.34MW plant cost additional 800 million against plants 10 times it capacity with attendant difficulties than the former.

What number are you on the Alausa payroll ? undecided
PoliticsRe: Bauchi To Build 140MW Power Plant by Rad1cal: 2:07pm On Oct 13, 2013
Don Magic Juan: then what are you saying that it cost just as much to lay a 5km pipeline as it would a 20km pipeline?

Now this was your original argument and it did not fly until you introduce pipeline construction into the overall project cost.
Sticking with the original post, you will see that Bauchi state government is also including a grid network that will supply both the state grid and the National grid.
Is the Oando scam project accomodating a grid network as well? And mind you, constructing a power grid network or adding the station in Bauchi to both the National and local grid will be far more expensive in attaining in Bauchi since all the materials needed for this alongside the power plant itself has to be imported from China by sea , trucked in land to Bauchi and assembled on location.

So how can you explain why the Bauchi project with a higher capacity output located inland will cost less?
It is finished cool
