jason123: I will not insult you. . . you've already done that to yourself.

As you said, 5.5 kW gen, don't you have to buy a form of fossil fuel to power it? At the end of the day, you bought the gen, pay to power it and it will probably last for 10 yrs max before you buy another apart from the unnecessary noise and fumes.
On the flip side, you can pay for this once and get it off your budget (except maintenance but you do that to your gen anyway).

Again, can any intelligent person tell me how the generation of 15 kW is bad?! Am I missing something?! How do we think in this country for heaven's sake?! embarassed embarassed embarassed
you did not get my O-point, if an individual like myself can provide a 5.5KW power generation by any means

How then can an O-lying O-propagandist beat his O-chest and feel so O-good about providing O-15KW worth 300 million O-fraud.

The O-liar presented this noble project initially as an O-sun O-power exclusive

this is what we call an O-embarassment.

I am not salvaging anyone. I don't care about political propaganda.
It is common sense, really! They are contributing in their own little way to the National grid (FOREVER), what has your state done to help her citizens or do your politicians simply collect oil pocket money for the sake of being elected?!
O-really, are you O-trying to O-inform us that O-sun is O-trying very O-hard to O-inject O-15kW into our national grid

what about me who uses a 5.5KW gen to power my business.

jason123: If true, then I can't help but commend Osun state. . . .at least, that's another 15 kW off the national grid FOREVER (renewable energy). Although, I must say its too expensive for 15 kW! Naija politicians!
That aside, this O- stuff is hilarious!!! grin grin grin

Can you please tell us what your state puts back to the Nation?! If every state has one or two of such project, I am sure our power problem would have been half solved!

PoliticsRe: With His Current Situation, Do You Pity President Jonathan? by Rad1cal: 12:17pm On May 06, 2012
Gbawe: That many now speak against GEJ is a measure of the goodwill he has squandered. I can remember how virtually all of Nigeria was united vociferously in project "fresh air". Actors and musicians came out to sing and dance for him while youths everywhere rolled out the drums to deify "transformation".

GEJ has let virtually everyone down thus falling foul of the adage "to whom much is given, much is expected". I cannot pity GEJ because I never supported him and fully expected him to become very unpopular. In fact I predicted everything we are seeing today precisely from the listless and fraudulent pseudo-privatisation of the power sector (now aided by the usual talk of "cabals" and "saboteurs"wink to the Boko Haram terrorism and hideous corruption everywhere.

I therefore have no pity for someone I always predicted would fail. I am only able to pity those who should be educated enough to see that GEJ, from his mediocre record in relatively unchallenging positions, was bound to fail yet still wen't ahead to elect him. it is the likes of our sycophantic actors and actressed I pity and traitors like Dbanj too enamoured by the trappings of wealth to do what is right for the common man. All those who helped sell the deception of "fresh air", "boy with no shoes" and "transformation" , at a stage Nigeria could not afford a silly gamble, should hang their head in shame.
You supported Ribadu, where is he now cheesy

Am sure, he also shares in the believe of fresh air and that makes you his fan what .
Christianity EtcRe: Is Christianity Losing The Battle On Nairaland? by Rad1cal: 1:27am On May 02, 2012
Fools taking nairaland too seriously, how many people bother to entertain your endless back and forth bickering

And only fools believe the atheist movement brought about development in other countries . . whereas most building blocks of today's technology were achieved several years ago when Christianity was largely practiced.

Atheist believe and act as if their main foe is Christianity, sounds like someone who is threatened.

Your rants on nairaland can be likened to this quote ===== [size=18pt]Fear makes the Wolf bigger than he is.

No matter your rants, you still remain infinitesimal when Christianity is being discussed

Gbawe: Yes, and hating personalities blindly , to the point of lying against them, is yours. Your revisionism is not fooling anyone. In so far as most here are better educated and less hateful than you they will have no problem understanding that you cannot dissociate a Commissioner of works and Infrastructure from success recorded in the development of road infrastructure.

You haters are so easy to predict. With even my first response to you, I indicated what, predictably, your hateful mind will be predisposed to. Rant about Osundefenders all you want but the entire world understand that Aregbesola deservedly got credit for gains recorded in the development of lagos roads during his tenure as a Commissioner in the State. No lies or revisionism can change that.

Gbawe: Yes, once disgraced with facts resort to insults. I am not surprised since it is your style. You go around fighting everyone yet, on every occasion, you produce only insults and zero facts to back your bellicosity. Who will take you seriously when you do not even understand that it is impossible for the commissioner of works and Infrastructure in a State to have no input towards the constructed road everyone sees and appreciate? What you are saying makes no sense to even a 5 year old.

Demdem: Actually, u are the one simply ranting. if visible road works in lagos are done by fashola, which means the non-visible ones were for Aregbe right? U obviously sound sane to ursef. For u to declare that throughout his 8-yr stay as commissioner, no single road project was attributed to him suggest ur kind. Av left lagos for years now and wont even bother myself cracking my brain to satisfy ur type. i will leave that to other posters who can still vividly remember and preferably still resides in lagos.

However, the one i can vividly remember because it affected me directly was the drainage canal in-between ikosi-ketu (the valley after Oladogba street) and Oluwalogbon area at that ketu axis not far from Mile 12 market. Before Aregbe's intervention, we did experience hell
The ketu axis still experiences hell as we speak so what are you yapping at

Yaba a central axis in the state was abandoned by the so called best performing commisioner for years,

Alimosho axis, one o the most populated centers in Lagos abandoned for years.

Bariga another populated center abandoned for years.

Ikotun Abarange axis abandoned for years.

I can go on and on and on

The kudirat road you mentioned was just meant for a political statement.

You can only fool the gullible

Gbawe: A few are mentioned below. What is your next question? You need a Court document to believe what is written below? Or will you try the usual tactics of trying to discredit the messenger?

Aregbesola was commissioner of works and Infrastructure for Lagos State. I hope you know what that means instead of continuing to show here that undiluted and unreasonable hatred of personalities make you guilty of not being able to give credit where due. What exactly do you think a works and infrastructure commissioner of a State does? File his nails all day while the commissioner for womens affair supervises the construction of roads?

This your level of hatred is simply stunning with how it makes you totally blind to what is obvious. It is like saying the chief designer of Apple deserves no credit for the laudable looks of Apple products !!! If you don't know, Aregbesola was even commissioner of the Year twice. Even his enemies will not deny what cannot be denied about the impact Aregbesola had on road infrastructure in Lagos.

What major road did he construct ?
PoliticsRe: Osundefender Newspaper Discredits Action Gov. Rochas Okorocha. by Rad1cal: 8:56am On Apr 17, 2012
Demdem: i was in lagos during this period and i make bold to say that "Aregberascal" was an highly efficient commissioner. There was hardly any Lagos road he never knew by its name to the most minutest part of the state. i could still remember then when he does comes to Murhi and lagos television virtually every saturday educating lagosians on how far they are going as per lagos road. i stayed in Ketu then.
The climax was when one of those interview days he described efficiently the road network in my part of ketu then and what the govt intend doing. of cos he confessed that some wont be done also at least for now. And guess what, what he promised came to past by Gods grace.

I cant speak for anyone else but from my own personal experience, "Aregberascal" had a successful tenure as Commisioner in Lagos.
Ogbeni, forget all this your scatter yarns.

Which roads did he construct cos i didnt notice any in my mainland area.
