My broda thank you for summarising the pros and cons. No be beans at all and to dey go school for french I gata think am wella. God bless you.

PS the way you switch between pidgin and english cracks me up.
French Immersion programs are available in all cities (I think). When you are registering your child, tell them you want a French immersion program. This may be out of your designated school however. So if you are going to use the yellow bus, you will have to pay a fee for bus pass/month.
NB This applies to Edmonton Catholic Schools

3)I never went to RBC so i can’t tell.TD gave $1000 credit limit,scotia bank gave $2000

4)U declare if u carry more than $10,000,once declared but it didnt favour me in anyway but if u declare here d customs dont bother u...d problem is our naija customs(so sad).

3.RBC gives $2000
4.I declared at Nigerian customs also. They asked for water, I said water is finished. If you have to declare, just be adamant and not give anything.

Wait wait wait!
I do not understand. I was actually praying for my file to be sent to LVO.

If my file is sent to London Visa Office, does it mean I will now go to London instead? undecided
Not a bad idea if you ask me grin.

Oh, you've written TEF?

You can find decent places anywhere. As long as you mind yourself, nobody will disturb you. Or maybe he just wants you guys to be around newer developments ? Any way I know someone who rented a 3 bedroom in the NW, close to west Edmonton mall (google it) with lots of amentias. She pays 1200-1300 per month with everything included except hydro (neppa). She says it's a great place if you have kids. It's a renters market, and she got 2 month free rent, and free cable and internet for free for 1 year. You'd have to negotiate since you don't want a 1 year lease and have no credit history. Perhaps I can get the renting companies info for you ? Also what's your line of work, just curious.
Hi.
Please can I get the rental company's info also? Landing in August in Edmonton. I don't mind staying in NW.
I also sent you a pm.

Thank you very much

Hello,

From my experience at VFS, it has to be submitted physically but not necessarily by the applicants. Hence, you can mail all supporting documents to someone in Lagos or Abuja who will then go there and submit on your behalf.

If you choose to use a representative, then get on VFS website, print and fill out a consent form authorizing the person to submit and pick up for you.

It cost about N14,350 per applicant.

All the best.
Hi guys,

Just to share the information I got today. I was @ VFS Lekki to submit my Passport, the man @ the submission desk explained to me that my passport will be sent to ACCRA, and I will have to pay #14,350 for each passports attached to my application.

I explained to him the PPR mail I got and how I assumed my Passport will be treated by the Lagos Visa Office. He then explained that the change only meant that passports can’t be sent to ACCRA directly through DHL anymore. Everybody will have to go through VFS.

Toh……they accept cash only@VFS

Cheers!

State your visa refusals if you have any. If you have been chased out or deported from any country; state it.
Only state your visa refusal ==> your UK visa refusal, date and reason for refusal. No 3 does not apply unless you have applied for visit or study visa to Canada before.

SV
Thanks alot

hello everyone. been a silent reader. just got ITA and i am trying to fill the form. this forum has been so helpful. God bless you all. I need a few clarifications.

1. Please whats the difference between "ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?: (required)" and
"been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country? (required)"
2. i have been refused UK visitor visa previously. which do i pick or do i pick both?
3. if in had a previous EE profile that was declined, do i answer yes to this "applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?"

i know its english, but a clarification would help grin. thanks
