Omiinii: Keep sending emails and webforms. Have you ordered your notes. It's possible eligibility has started and it's not been updated on your Portal. Mailing your MP could also be a last resort. You'll have to be patient. There's really nothing you can do than wait. It'll end well IJN Yes the notes i ordered as at 28september( last month) the eligibility was blank, criminality/ background was passed in the notes But on my portal, nothing is updated the last update was medical as at August 3rd, nothing on ít till now |

makano: Hello Raimiade
These are just the normal automated emails from IRCC..
And to the bolded, so far your application has passed the IRCC Processing time, sending too many mails or webform shouldn't negatively affect your application.. In addition, we have read here of many applicants who testify of them getting updates as a result of the numerous mails they have sent to IRCC...
It will end in praise..
Peace Thanks |

makano: Hello Raimiade
First, its not compulsory you have 2 sponsors for an application especially when the Co-sponsor doesn't have the required funds for your study and also the expenses in Canada . In your case, your brother(hope its your blood brother though) can just be your sponsor, since your dad doesn't have money in his account according to you. Your focus should be on your main sponsor which is your brother, but since you have submitted your application, leave it like that... Do not submit any other thing until when IRCC ask for any document..
I want to believe you were able to convince the Visa officer that your brother is very capable of sponsoring your study in Canada, its not about the money now but about how well he (your brother) showed his commitment in your application..
In addition, its not compulsory an applicants submits his SOA, with the exception that the applicant is a self sponsored applicant.. So there is no red flag in you not submitting your SOA..
It will end in praise..
Peace Thanks for the reply. Yes he is my blood brother In my dads letter of co sponsorship, he stated in it that “ if further details is needed they should ask him”. At the time of submitting my application I didn’t know i was meant to submit his payment stub I stated in my Sop that my elder brother would be the sponsor stating that he would make available all funds in the account for my education. And i made mention in just a sentence that “my father is also representing as a co sponsor” that’s all i said. And to add also, i included the three of us, pictured in the application |

@makano @ lekiboboe @Anon123
Just asking, when i applied, i never used my personal account, though my brother is my main sponsor with over 37kcad and my dad co sponsor, i didn’t put my dad’s account too, i just put his land document
I’m 26 years, i hope it is not a red flag?
I established relationship with my brother with pictures and passport. But am thinking can it be the Reason for my long delay?
Why i didn’t put my account and dads account is because we actually don’t have money there. I put my dads employment details as he is a university lecturer sha
Sorry to bother you this morning. Thx |

Anon123: Because of the volume of applications received daily and the limited number of Visa officers attending to apps due to canada's strict covid-19 work place policy, applications tend to over stay the normal processing time. The processing time as at 2weeks ago was 13weeks. So you may need to start sending mails or webforms, other people tend to apply for their notes for better understanding on why the delay(if your app is 3months old or more).
For the bolded, No, it does not mean that. It means your app has still not been attended to which is why its advised you send mails or webforms at different intervals Thanks brother But i must say, i observed somethings too though; * some applicant from August and September got responses. How come they were able to get and we the older applicants still don’t know the next move |
