I was born and brought up in kano and schooled @ ABU Zaria. Kaduna in terms of social life is better because it has Christian indigenes(southern Kaduna). But Kano's better in infrastructure and business.

Yeah from the four subjects you wrote in jamb. honestly I can't remember the number of questions. I attended the interview 2008. it's been long bro.

Biko, enlighten me on the system of Oral interview

they calculate your points using your O level result and your jamb score. The higher your grades and jamb score, the higher your point. different courses have different points. you'll be called for an interview for the course your point falls in. for example, you want to study MBBS and it's point is 70, but you have 50, you'll be invited for interview based on the course(s) with 50 point. if you scale through, admission is yours.

oral interview is the worst, cos you wont be able to think out the answers immediately cos options wont be given, unlike post ume,you remember the answers through the options..

I can explain almost all laws(phy,chem,bio .etc) but not state them directly...and even many definition and topics..
I read to understand not memorize

Lastly, not everyone can stand boldly to answer questions from lecturers and profs..

yeah not everyone can boldly answer oral interviews especially those who just left secondary schools. I attended the oral interview 2008 and I can say the questions were actually fair. mostly things taught in ss1.

i think UI will revert to their system of oral interview. I don't know about the rest.

if I had my way, I'll choose Rita Dominic anytime any day
