Please somebody should educate GMB on this danger. He has a listen ear and he is a good father / farmer. This GM food is the reason UK women / men used to have 2 big diseased stomachs, swollen legs especially the poor. The rich and their children will never buy it, but the rich own the companies and make money from it. Despite good health facilities in UK , the food never allowed them to have good health. The poor NORTH will suffer more and rich SW will make money out of it, but will never eat it.

PoliticsRe: 11 Failures In Osun State Under Governor Rauf Aregbesola by RALPHOW(m): 5:38pm On Jul 04, 2016
G1gbolahan:
So every misinformed reader will easily be fooled by this piece and that is why I will take the time to address each issue raised;

1) Firstly, it is true that the governors does not have commissioners and the governor himself has explained why; It makes no sense to have a state where there are no funds to carry out governance as in Ondo and Ekiti but enough funds to pay commissioners who due to funds paucity, actually have nothing to do. The governor explained that he has not drawn salaries since last year, if he had commissioners he would not be able to keep their salaries away from them. So any body will prefer to have commissioners, how I see this, Ogbeni Aregbesola is making a sacrifice some other governors are not willing to make, for the state's finances.

2) As regards the local government elections, there is a subsisting court order against the elections and until that is set aside in the courts, Ogbeni will not ignore the courts and conduct elections. Especially when even states like Lagos that have no court injunctions have yet to conduct same elections.

3) On the jailing of students, while I do not have the complete facts on it, I know for certain that unless you are saying that there should no longer be retribution for doing wrong, there is no point to comment on there. And that some are reckless with Opon Imo as with every policy everywhere does not render the policy failed. Be guided.

4) On one hand, we complained of the dilapidated structures under which pupils were crammed into in Osun before Aregbesola. On the other hand, we complain when government finally demolishes those and move the students into world class structures? What exactly do we want? Has this writer seen the schools Osun is moving students to and the facilities? He has nothing to say about those? Let's also pretend this point was not made. Unless you're saying you prefer Osun children in those mud houses they were learning before.

5) You say the school uniform did not go down well with everybody. So I ask, how is the same now functioning without problem? The uniform was done to promote unity and remove the segregation that was already rising among students in schools of varying qualities. It is fully embraced today by all parties. Say another one.

6) As at today, I can confirm to you that no governor in the entire South West has commissioned as much projects as Aregbesola has this year. So where are the abandoned projects? One of the criticisms Ogbeni gets is that while workers are owed salaries, roads and other projects are being built. And Aregbesola has always retorted that workers represent only a percentage of his people and so salaries and developmental projects must move on at similar pače. Every week for the past few months if our writer was observant, Aregbesola has been inspecting sites particularly roads/bridges/schools with some commissioned and others with work ongoing. No one can say projects have been abandoned in Osun and expect me to take him serious. To be honest, that is a lie.
7) The Hijab crisis in the state is not the doing of Aregbesola as the governor has repeatedly stated but it is understandable that some people abhor the truth when it goes against their narrative. The crisis was a fallout of a court judgement secured by the muslim community and the CAN responding in an uncivil manner by inciting illegality in our schools. At that point, Aregbesola got involved to stop the campaign being promoted by CAN and since then, the issue has died down. So Ogbeni Aregbesola actually came in to douse the tension, he did not create it. But say what you like please.
cool You say there is nothing productive in the school feeding programme but World Bank recently appraised Osun for it, and Kaduna, Abia and the FG are following Osun's steps on the programme now. Do your research well, mister.
9) That a governor wishes so much development for a small state like Osun cannot be termed "misplaced priorities". Opon Imo has been a success in the state, the state has successfully built schools whose standard will now be copied nationwide, agriculture has become embraced locally and when the Federal Government supports with its part funding, Osun will have the first airport maintenance hub in the entire West Africa opening the state to serious business opportunites and opening the state's tourism potential. If that is what you call "misplaced priorities" compared to where Osun was coming from under the PDP, we are all for misplaced priorities in Osun please. Thank you.

10) Backlog of salaries is an issue not any governor is happy of. Yet President Muhammadu Buhari has said himself that with the current state of the economy, 27 out of 36 states can not afford salaries of workers, so do not make this problem sound peculiar to Osun. It is not not a problem for Osun alone and does not in any way arise from Aregbesola's management of the state. If at all, Aregbesola has managed the situation well by opening books to labour, thereby using transparency to win trust of labour and avoid strike action like we have in Ondo and Ekiti, where even the governor is on strike.

11) This rumour has been long proven to not be true. And the fact you said "reports in some quarters" also shows you are basing your "failures" on hearsay which is a journalistic failure.

I hope I have been able to correct the writer if he did not intentionally wish to malign Ogbeni Aregbesola but more importantly, I hope this addresses the readers who could have been misinformed by this pack of falsehoods. Let us strive to ask questions more and be more accurate in our writings for posterity will judge us. This desperation to soil Ogbeni's name is unwarranted and condemnable
You are one of the people who has been misleading Ogbeni
How can only Ogbeni rule a whole state with for years without commissioners, no wonder the state is in trouble.
They said two good heads are better than one, can you imagine GMB to rule this country without ministers.
See good jobs Audu Ogbe is doing in Agriculture and others
The prayer of everyone in that state is for God to deliver them out of Ogbeni and you guys asap.

My Ministry pays us the following allowances:

1. Monthly Hazard Allowance.

2. Monthly Journal Allowance.

3. Wardrobe Allowance payable every March.

4. Leave allowance every September.

5. Bar Conference Allowance in August.

6. Monthly Impress.

These are the things that motivate us to work round the clock.

Stop criticising these people for seeking for their allowances.

If Buhari, Adeosun, National Assembly Members, Senators, Governors and other Government officials can be paid allowances, what makes you think the workers shouldn't be paid?

Why did they omit it in the 2016 budget? Why did they not omit their own allowances?

Those of you supporting the Minister For Finance on this, how would you feel if your rights and benefits are stripped off you?

DONT MIND THEM THEY ARE JOBLESS IDIOTS THAT RUN TO THESE PEOPLE FOR HELP

Kemi Adeosun that is wickedness, pay them there money, I learn is in the CONDITION OF SERVICE.
How come your N30Million housing allowance is in the budget but you did not include their training allowance.
Please these guys are the one that buy laptops. TV, mobile phone from us and keep the economy running. You and other ministers are going to London with your allowances. Please and please pay these few average class we have now and try and create more average Nigerians, this should be your priority. Many of the average class in the banks has been sacked and you want to destroy the few that keeps the economy running. These people are the one that are supporting the masses, they support thousands friends and family through these small small allowances, many help to pay for friends and family children school fees and health bills. People like you only support your London friends and is difficult to even see any minister or per sec when masses needs help. Please make it legal and pay them. Thanks

KEMI ADEOSUN PLEASE PAY THEIR MONEY DON'T BE GREEDY
Is just envy that is worrying many people
If you are in their shoes you will do worst,
how will she collect her own and stop others.
Many of you guys that collects money from your relatives
in Ministry of Finance , where do you think they get the money from?
Money in the hands of low cadres in civil service is the one that circulate
because they will not go and buy houses in Dubai or London.
They use the money to take good cares of their relatives,
they pay friends and relatives children school fees and health bills.
Build house in Nigeria and empower the bricklayer
If the allowance was not legal, legalize it.

Unequally yoked.

You are not even a Christian (Christ-like) in the actual sense of the word otherwise you won't even consider a muslim lady. If you genuinely seek God for a partner without an idol in your heart He will give you yours. Of course not a Muslim lady.
I am a good Christian but Gods way is not always our taught, I ve seen a true man of God who married a Muslim today the woman is a Pastor and a strong evangelist. Though is not to be encouraged but if God says yes nobody can say no and such instance required thorough enquiry from God.
RomanceRe: How Do I Make Her My Wife Despite The Difference In Religion? by RALPHOW(m): 7:04pm On Jun 12, 2016
1. Is she ready to convert to Christianity genuinely from her heart?
2. Is her parents or guardian ready to bless the marriage?

PoliticsAdvice To Nd Avengers: by RALPHOW(op): 11:25am On Jun 11, 2016
ADVICE TO ND AVENGERS:

Keep on, keep keeping on!

Pls don't listen to anybody advising you against pipeline vandalization. Keep it up. Deal with Buhari(Pharaoh), APC & northern hegemony. Destroy your land so that the people of Katsina will suffer.

Before you detonate the next bomb & blow up the next pipeline, think again.

The Ogoni land is getting cleaned up & soon commercial fishing will commence.

Your friend in Enugu that is urging you on is going back to farm, Enugu will soon be one of the leading producers of banana & pineapple in the world in collaboration with a Mexican company.

Your friend in Lagos is urging you on to destroy ur land but he is going to Kebbi to get farmlands for rice farming.

Meanwhile they have also started drilling oil in Lagos. Wait, Kebbi will soon feed the whole country & export.

Tuta absoluta attacked Kano, Jigawa & some northern states & you catch cold in your Creek.

Your brother in Edo will soon be supplying the whole country with tomatoes due to Idahosa University.

Are you thinking already?

Norway want to eliminate all cars using fossil fuel by 2025.

The world is moving on my brothers. You think you are sabotaging Buhari but he is gradually settling down into govt.

Boko haram has been largely decapitated & the world recognizes that. Anti corruption fight is progressing.

About 3 trillion naira was announced recently as recovered & frozen loots. That's money stolen by the love of your life.

Money that could have been used to develop the Creek. Money that would have connected you with roads, bridges & other amenities.

They stole it & gave you guns to go into the Creeks. How many among the love of your life can spend a night with you where you are right now? Where are their children?

I heard your beloved PDP has zone presidency to the north for 2019 election. The same north you so much hate. The same north that is dominating you.

Can't you see they are just deceiving you? You are not their concern. Their concern is the loots from the oil produced on your land.

They don't care if you destroyed the land. They have no plan to live there. How many refineries have they built for you with all the looting.

They love you so much to keep you on 65k per month but cannot give you basic education to emancipate you. Are their children handling guns and sleeping in the creeks with you?

Pls don't drop your arms. Destroy the environment to get at Buhari. But when you are alone pls read this over again.

Dr Ben.
