Someone should please assist me in this : I'm an economics graduate, I will like to register for ICAN. What are the procedures please? Do I just walk into a bank and request for the form and account details or I have to go to ICAN office? I want to initiate the process before the end of this year. Somebody should assist please. I have been to an ICAN tutorial centre here, but the representative wasn't convincing enough, he insisted I will have to pay a tuition fee of 33k before I can think of obtaining the form, and that the form can only be obtained through him or his likes.
