we are from the south south region of nigeria..we are a minority tribe.u wouldnt be able to meet any esan guy in SA cos for one thing majority of the nigerians in SA are mostly igbos and yorubas and the any esan group there will be very very minute.

Yeah Nigeria is very diverse,just that Yoruba and igbos are much with hausa/Fulani being the largest and the first two spend all the time on the internet doing ethnic quarrels and others ethnic issues,well we are found in Edo state,we are related to the benins kind of how scotish is related to english we both and others make up the edo people which makes up the tribes that encompassed the former benin kingdom,we are very friendly and hospitable,and travel a lot,we have a lot of our people in the west especially europe and some in SA too

Regarding the 1st part of your post & I can only speak for myself because those are the only emotions I can understand- my own. I have no hatred towards them as a collective simply because some were also against the laws of the time. Also, because it's pointless, what's done is done. So why carry that bitterness in my heart when I got much better things or more pulling issues in my own life to expend energies on? Hate takes way too much energy for me, I prefer indifference because I thrive for inner balance. So yeah, that's my stance on that. There're some people who still feel resentful though, that's their own baby to carry & emotions at stake, so they can knock themselves out, really.

This is very true,I was heavily bullied for being skinny in school,even till today I don't like taking pictures I can't even remember the last time I took a photo aside my phone,many people don't really understand how low self esteem works,I knew a girl who was always angry and frowning later got to realized that she was just lonely told me she had no friends growing up,all her friends have bfs and no one has ever asked her out

sadly that’s one of a majors factors that builds a woman’s self esteem, acceptance. No matter how annoying u look, or bad ur character is , there are always men that r going to be attracted to you , as a woman ,,, if u hvnt been toasted by any guy , ur self esteem wont really be good enough . By that I mean, it's an open secret that some white employers used to have secret sexual relationships with their black employees from time immemorial. There's this friend of mine (she's black married to an Indian)...her husband's friend (another Indian) is married to a white lady. So this one time I met this white lady for the 1st time at my friend's place. She was also very untidy. My friend says during the week they spent at her house, one evening my friend went to use the bathroom & when she flushed the toilet, the water came out red. She said she wondered why the water was like that & decided to open the water tank thingy, inside she found the lady's bloodied underwear. When she asked her why her underwear was in there, she told her that she was on her period & the sight of blood makes her queasy, so to avoid the mess, she simply stuffs her soiled undies in there...to wash themselves, basically.
