I have answered that,look for university that can offer you same course,you have 2-1,you are qualify to put in for master,isnt even about you been desperate but you only didnt go for the right thing.....

God bless you senior man...though I ve tried searching for masters program, but I chose humber because of that particular course, the timely admission processing and the fact that you are allowed to upload your documents including transcripts.
But with your advice it seems I would look for another Uni that also offers all those benefits. Thank and God bless

2. Dude like I said I dont want to sound disrespectful, so you mean it is the business of FG to sell dollar? LOL....dont forget CBN is/should be an independent institution but you can actually argue this in the case of Nigeria though. But the truth is that the present governor was not appointed by Buhari, it is easier to say that Emiefele is only responding to the naira fall to the best of its knowledge.

3. Now for your information, CBN being the FG's banker sells the FX (ofcourse on behalf of FG) simply from the Foreing reserve,However, due to the consuming nature of our economy (importing virtually everything) as well as drastic fall in the price of crude oil (our major "95%" source of forex) our foreing reserve (from which the CBN will sell the fx to people n companies) has been going down drastically day by day. Now my question is, if you have to be objective, do you then blame Buhari(a govt of just 8/9 months old) for not understanding the economy or you blame the past leaders who have failed to build our foreing reserve when the oil price what at its peak?

4. This is not to side with the present govt, but we should understand that in any economic problems, there are always two-way responses for it. The first way is via monetary policy (through the CBN) and the other way is via fiscal policy (use of govt income n expenditure i.e budget). All efforts we have seen so far are basically CBN monetary policies which are expected to be independent of the FG position. You can only see much of FG responses from the implementation and ofcourse the effectiveness of the budget as well as how well the FG and CBN can align their policies together in producing some corrective measures to the present crises. Emiefele's response to the economy crises has been the same both in the Jonathan's era and now. In the real sense, You cannot put the blame on Buhari for inability of the CBN ( a governor that was not appointed by him and that would also reqiures 2/3 of house to remove) to accurately respond to the problems.

5. This is not to take away the fact that the present goverment has been struggling to show us the way out of the present economic crises. They also need to come out plain and tell us their plan to get out of this mess rather than telling us all we already know about the past admin loots.

Be sure to look at possible inversions as well.

When titles do not appear on the Web site, assign an NOC code that reflects as closely as possible the essence of the work. For example, for the title forensic scientist or its inversion scientist, forensic, we would assign a 2 (Natural and applied sciences) for the first digit given that scientist forms part of the occupation title. Secondly, we can assign digit 0 or 1 as the second digit of the code because scientists are classified in Skill Level A of the NOC. There is no major group 20, therefore major group 21 is correct. Thirdly, we narrow our search by looking at the minor groups for Major group 21. We have several options, however, there are two that relate much more to the occupation that we are trying to code: 211 - Physical science professionals and 212 - Life science professionals. At this point, you must exercise your own judgment as to which minor group and unit group you choose.

Remember that the NOC is only as good as the person using it. Guessing should be avoided unless it is absolutely necessary.[/b]

In my own opinion, can we say that this information allow us to code job based on the title only in situations where the job discriptions are not sufficient to capture one's job?

Usually, banks do not sell canadian dollar, you will get the US dollar equivallent. So you will have to first convert that canadian dollar to US dollar and then use the US$=Naira conversion.

Please I have been having difficulties as regards best matching NOC no for my job duties. I have two different job duties (having change my company and job roles) of which I havent found any NOC close to the two of them. I would be glad if anyone in this house can guide me on better NOC for the job below:

1. Risk Analyst (specifically Operational Risk Management)

2. Treasury Operations Officer (roles here are Treasury Operations in banks)

I know of 4162 that has Risk Management Anaylst, but the problem is that no duties relating to Risk Management Analyst was stated there, my question is if I cant find any other match elsewhere, can I go with that 4162 since it has Risk Management Analyst eventhough the duties were not stated there.
