Should I say I completely think differently when joining prop firm. I'm very stern/firm with my decision to join. First thing first at the first hearing or seeing of their name. I

1. Check them out on instagram, less than 100K followers, I run.
2. Check their website, the first thing I look for is the chat icon, you don't have it, I ex it straight. I don't want to struggle contacting you when I need help.
3. I check if you have any ongoing promo. None? I run. In this advent of props springing up with promos and ads, a prop firm should not be left out. Also, it's a win-win for me if I get some bonus buying your account.
4. I check % profit target and % Max loss and %DD. If Max DD and %profits are thesame, I run.
5. I chat them up: Do you allow Martingale? If NO, I run
6. No weekend trade, I run
7. Is your Daily DD balance based? If NO, I run; I'm too busy to be calculating the % amount for each day so I don't breach based on equity. No time.
8. Location of head office as indicated on website, I also chat them to ask, I don't want to see India, Nigeria, Iran and the likes.
9. Do you offer % profit on challenge phase 1 and 2? If NO, I don't run, I walk out slightly looking back anticipating.

You need to realize how much prop firm I have placed on my NO-NO book.

open Fiverr on your chrome using desktop view.
Click on your profile pics displayed at the top right-corner of your browser.
Click on settings.

It will open a page displaying your email address partially and your full name you used in registration.

That page was what I screenshot and send to them.
My full name on Fiverr was the same on my Payoneer and the partly email address displayed was also the same on my Payoneer.

But if you have a kdp-amazon account and you have received money from your kdp through Payoneer, I think the kdp-amazon account will serve better, because it will display everything Payoneer support requested.

I had similar issues. The asked me to send a screenshot showing my profile details on my market place platform.

So I screenshot my Fiverr account and send to them. The issue was lifted.

Note: What the want to see is the email address, phone number, home address you used on your market place platform. And this details should be the same on your Payoneer profile details.

If you are sending from a mobile device, change your browser settings to Desktop view don't crop or edit the screenshot.

Firstly, you approach with a soft tune, then if the response you get is not satisfying, that's when you start venting your anger and everyone will understand the reason for your grievance.
