i regretted of sharing an information about Stanbic ibtc , just look at what someone is doing asking uba why their card is not working with PayPal knowing that PayPal Nigeria is not allowed to withdraw funds and this method was a loophole to them and PayPal, and this why uba officials start to make survey by calling everyone using the card cos they do not know about this card can be linked to get funds out of PayPal,

You can, you just need the routing and account number just like Payoneer. I just watched a video on YouTube now on how to do that but you need to have at least 20 GBP equivalent on your dollar account in transferwise before the routing and account number is generated. The problem now is how to fund my transferwise account with $30 or there about.
