Pornography is an act of sexual indecency whereby two parties(mostly male and female,except now that we have gay porns) come together to have sexual intercourse(legally married or not). But that's not PORNOGRAPHY except it is being filmed or recorded and dispatched or circulated in public.. BACK TO MY MAIN ISSUE..I'll want to advice on the mental and academical decadence due to watching pornography..

Dear Rapsowdee, it is with great regret i'm writing to you because by the time this letter gets to you,i'm either in a REHAB CENTER or i'll be in JAIL..
Pornography was something i started watching at a very tender age of 8 and since then it became and addiction. My first experience watching porn was when i followed my elder bro to his friends house and his friend told him he wanted to show him a movie.. Because i was 8,they both thought it wouldn't be a big deal if i was there.. They thought an 8 year old boy wouldn't take it serious but they ASSUMED wrongly.. That was the first time i'll see another woman's unclothedness apart from my mum and 3 sisters.. I didn't only see a naked woman,i saw a naked man too and the next thing i saw was the girl bending over and started giving the man a Mouth Gig as it's called today. I was first irritated.. Wasn't that the same thing i used to 'wee-wee' ? And a woman is licking it ? Things grew even worse when i saw the man too put his mouth in her vagina and licking it too !... SO BEGAN THE PROBLEM OF MY LIFE... After that 'LIFE-DESTROYING' experience, as a kid and a genius,i was so inquisitive and a particular night,i was sleeping over at a friends house and in the middle of the night when everyone was asleep,i tip-toed into his mum's room(their dad travelled) and saw her sleeping with only pants on(don't forget i was just and i went towards her and used sense to shift the pant to one side so i could see what i saw on the T.V.. Before i knew what was happening,i was already touching her vagina and breathing heavily cos i was scared.. I ran to me and my frnds room immediately and was panting.. SINCE THEN, everything in my life changed,i didn't focus on my academics again,i only focused on WOMEN privates,it got to a point i was caught but another friend's mum,but i lied to her it was their 2 year old daughter that was crying and i went to pet her and saw their mum naked and i wanted to cover her.. SHE BELIEVED.. I didn't stop there,i had sexual activities with girls younger than i am(no intercouse),i was always buying data and use everything to watch PORN on a popular website.. I became an average student in sec. school,it grew worse when i entered ss1,my teachers thought it was spiritual but it wasn't.. The only thing i'll always think of is VAGINA.. Even when our female teachers come to teach,i won't listen,i'd only be infactuating that i was having sex with them.. Now i'm through with sec. sch for 5 years and no admission yet,i easily forget stuffs,even when i read.. PLS PRAY FOR ME..

Dear (name with-held), i think this is a very bad situation but there's nothing impossible. I will just advice you try occupying your mind with more intellectual stuffs,cut internet for at least 9 months or you use browsers that have sites control,pray and always involve yourself in activities because as the saying goes AN IDLE MIND IS THE DEVIL'S WORKSHOP.... Forgive yourself,try talking to a counsellor... These things should help.


I HOPE WE LEARNT A LOT from this guy's story.. Who'd have thought pornography could harm to the extent of one's academic ? I want to implore every one of us to try as much as possible to stop watching porn or reading porn magazines(break and burn them)... I think it's actually part of the things affecting our youths today.. People don't even hide it again, you hear stuffs like.. ''watching porn is a normal thing'',''everybody watches porn''.. This shouldn't be... I'll also advice you stop watching NON-CHRISTIAN/MUSLIM movies because practically every movie we see nowadays have sexual scenes in them(even nollywood and bollywood and yorubawood). Also stop watching music videos... All these are the things causing POOR READING HABIT in youths and children these day.. These should help......
TO PARENTS, I'll advice you have a control on your children phones,computers,tablets e.t.c...

The first time i saw two men kissing was in London, specifically at the St James's Park on a cool summer day many years ago. I still remember the shock and revulsion i felt.

I stood transfixed, staring at them for about 5 Minutes and was just turning my head around like AM I THE ONLY ONE SEEING this,and then it hit me, i was no longer in Africa and even if i had been living in the US, i was yet to see two men kiss. It was a cultural shock for me to see two men make out.

I hated gays.

Then one day in Church, at a bible study. Somebody asked the pastor that if the Church preaches a lot of things about repentance and acceptance,why then do they still find it hard to accept gays?the pastor's reply was an eye opener.

And then it hit me. Why do i exactly hate gays?they don't bother me, they sleep with each other,they marry each other,they pay their own bills,i don't even know them.

As i grow older, i have learned to be very tolerant of others. I have also learned to mind my business with how others handle their lives, that is why i do not judge married women/men when they cheat in their marriages, i am not in their marriage so don't know what lead to the infidelity.

While i do have my personal reservation about the gay thing, i have come to accept the fact that my feelings will not stop people from being gays, or stop them loving from each other. i have also come to accept the fact that no matter what, there will be others that will have sexual orientation that is different from mine.

In Nigeria, there have been instances where men have been caught making love to goats and chickens. Nairaland even carried some of those pictures.

So what am i saying?people should let other people live their lives the way they deem it fit. what you cannot correct, leave alone.

Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez will miss the start of the season after helping Chile to win the Copa America.
Sanchez, 26, scored 25 goals for the Gunners last season as Wenger's side finished third and added a stunning goal as they won the FA Cup.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger said: "Alexis will be back with us on 3 August and usually it takes three weeks to be competitive.
