VO : where in USA are you going
Me: Richmond Texas
VO : what are you going to do in USA
Me: child birth
VO where do you work
Me: I work with XYZ
VO : How did you know about the hospital
Me : I did online research and was referred by my doctor because I had two pre term birth and lost the babies
VO : Have travelled Out of the country
Me: Yes we travelled as a family to Dubai
Vo: Sorry You visa has been denied blah blah. Come give one form
Honestly I was well harmed no document was asked. I just tire
Please house where did I go wrong. When can I 're apply as I want to go early before the end of my second trimister.
And also I went with my Lo Hope that was not the challenge.

Maybe I saw u at the embassy that day coz I was also denied that same day. Reason was hometies as I wanted to travel with my kids and my hubby has a valid visa. I've booked another interview for next week and I'm applying alone this time.
I suggest u apply with your son and use your hubby as home ties.

Please house help as am really and seriously having a headache. I need to reapply for my visa as I was denied last week. Some of the advice I was given was to reapply with my hubby. Now hubby with not be able to apply with cause of time as his nature of job would not give him time till 3months.
The challenge is do I still reapply with my Lo as I can't leave him alone. Or apply alone and get the visa and then what happens to my son as I can't leave him alone as daddy would be very busy.

Better. That's an ok profile. (My opinion)
So get a date asap. Fill youur form properly. When u get to the 'were you rejected and why column) you can state that you do not know because you were prepared with your documents and the vo didn't go through any. You can also squeeze in the reason why you want to birth in the US there.
Isn't Richmond expensive? Is the budget sheet outragously expensive? Anyways the vo no even look am.
If the costs/prices are fair, reapply exactly with the same details and then maybe go with hubby this time around. Good luck

The info above is limited. I honestly can't form any opinion except that perharps the vo was in a bad mood. Again your travel history is limited. Though not a bar to visa...maybe it cinched the vo's mind.
If u can give us a bit about yourself cos the vo read your whole form, we didn't.

No dear I was not. Yes I want to reapply but the honset truth is that am a bit confused. The questions in my head is should I 're apply alone? Should I apply with my hubby and son? Or just wit my son alone.

I am very much grateful to God for bringing me this far cos I know that denial ain't rejection and my baby is already blessed whether birthed in US or here , I say thank you to everyone here for the wealth of Knowledge I have earned. Me: Told her over..... again not interested in the statement
Vo: Quickly asked how much I have in mine
Me: Told her, pushing forward our bank statements for confirmation but she didn't collect

Vo: Am sorry ma'am I can't ........... puts the green paper in my pp and handed over to me and said Goodluck. She wasn't cheerful at all

I left there thinking aloud like what could have been wrong even with all my docs. She didn't even want to see any of burden of proof. I felt bad shape but that's life, in all I give God all the praise.

please i had a cerclage placed on the 17th of April at 13weeks. on the 6th of may i had a membrane rupture and lost the baby at 16weeks. i feel so devasted as i had a perterm birth last year at 26weeks the baby died after 2days. please any reason why this happening as i thot the cerclage was to prevent perterm birth.
