I will love to explain my fears, hot married 2013,did menstrate for a while year but wasn't surprised cos I go 2yrs without period. I induced my period myself and used clomid and got pregnant the first time, lost at 5weeks, waited 2month to heal, induce again cos I knw I don't get period myself and I was able to carry to 6month before I had contractions and lost my princess after 10mins of birth, I heard her cry but tiny voice. That happened last year. Fast forward to this year I induced again and had a blighted ovum. That happened may. I am scared, I love my husband and I can't wait to give him his children cos he is an exceptional husband walahi. Any mum to be on cerclage? How does it feel like? Pls what are the dog and don't. Fear not sis God got your back. First of all be prayerful and positive.
Do the cerclage and be on strict bed rest.
No KPEKUS
And ask your Doc about cyclogest and aspirin.

I found it hard to believe one woman went through all that. @raptor2, you're indeed a strong woman. I don't know which is worse, having never conceived before like me or having to bury three babies. All i know is God is still God. As He has wiped your tears away and put smiles on your face, may He do the same for me and my ATC sisters in Jesus name. Amen. PART THREE
On my knees l cried to God . I told God you are alive and not asleep. The same God that gave me a son.He is able to give me more children. That this time I would carry to term.
A Year and three months after l took in again and meet a different gyne.  He started me on cyclogest and aspirin from day 1. Cerclage was done @ 12 weeks and l was on bedrest with leave of absence without pay. 
After the cerclage l was placed on ventolin along side with cyclogest and aspirin.  At 26weeks my BP was high 190/90. Was placed on Aldomet and nifedipine and the ventolin was stopped. Although sometimes I was scared but l had confident in God that this time l shall carry to term.
The Doc told me once l get to 32 weeks he will bring out the baby. At 30 weeks BP was ok but l was still placed on Aldomet and nifedipine.
After 32 weeks the Doc extended the cyclogest to 34 weeks but the aspirin was stopped.  At 34 weeks l stopped the cyclogest.
All this time I was on strict bed rest.
Immediately I stopped the cyclogest l started having mild contraction.
By 35 weeks 6 days the contraction was so strong l had to go to the hospital.  The Doc said it is time to bring my baby out as my BP is normal.

Cs was performed smoothly and my princess was brought out weighing 3.2kg.  I was just crying in theatre.  Thank God for making me a Mother again.

Here is my Princess Eliana

PART TWO
A Year after my Prince was born l took in again. And as usual no stress and morning sickness.  I changed hospital to another hospital.
At exactly 6 month in the early hours of the morning my water broke . Gosh l was devastated.  Was rushed to the hospital.  After two days l went into Labour and deliver my baby girl. She struggled for life. Lived for two days and returned to her maker. My world crumbled.  I cried my eyes out. My DH wept like a baby. Its was not easy. I asked a lot of questions but got no answer.  It was not easy but we held unto God's Promises. 
After 1 Year took in again and this time the Doc recommended cerclage.  This was done at 13 weeks.  I rested for three days and resumed work. At 16 weeks my membrane ruptured and l had a still birth. At that point l  felt like killing my self. I was just asking God what went wrong. Who did l offend. My Pastors and church members kept praying and assuring me that God has not  forsaking me.
I kept saying l have a son is not that l  have not giving birth before.  Why all this. My friends and colleague where telling me to see  2yrs old son and comfort myself.
In 2014 after a year l took in again. I changed to a different gyne. Cerclage was done again. I took leave of absence without pay to be on bedrest till l give birth. My mum came to help since l was advised not to do anything.  Just lying down.  At 6 month l had serious contraction.  Was rushed to the hospital.  The Doc gave all sort to stop the contraction but for where. I started crying my hubby was confused.  I was like God not again. Hmmmmmm
It was not easy.
My water broke and The stitch was removed .
I went into Labour and deliver my baby girl still birth. At this point l could not take it again.  I lost it  l was just saying rubbish.  The Doc had to sedate me.
Too many questions no answer.
After all the bedrest l still lost the baby. <br>
At this point l told my hubby no more kids. My son is enough for me.
Another Gyne came that day and counselling me telling me l cannot carry another baby again past six months.  That the trauma l went through for my first pregnancy for my son affected my cervix and it can not carry another baby pass 6 months. That l should try options of surrogate mother.
Make una see English oooo. I just tell am thank you. I no wan born again n.a. by force at l had a son.
When l saw my son l broke down again crying my son was just saying mum sorry. No more baby in the tummy.  Mum baby has gone to heaven.  I cried l told him sorry l can't give you younger one
I pray no woman should go through what l went through.  God will not allow us bury our Children
in Jesus Name.  Amen

I got married to most wonderful Dude.  Two months after our marriage l took in and the Pregnancy was not stressful for FTM. No morning sickness.  I went to work till my last day when I went into Labour.  I laboured for 1 full day and was not dilating and progressing .  I was weak and told the nurses that l wanted CS but they refused and kept telling me l will deliver like the Hebrew woman. The Doc that came in was just using his hands to be expanding by vigna that l should push that he can see the baby&apos;s head.  It got the point l stood up and told them l want to leave the hospital if they will not do CS.  At that point my hubby started shouting and the nurses rushed to call the doc. The theatre was prepared and they had to call in another doc. Which took them 3hrs. The operation was done my baby was very weak when He was brought out. They had to beat him and give him oxygen.  Baby weighed 4.2kg. And the other doc that was called in told them there was no way l could have delivered the baby Vaginally that was when the nurses and the doc that was expanding my vaginal started apologizing.  Thank God my baby was alive.

And more also my BP has been up and down . Was advised to rest. Which seems impossible during the day.

For the mothers asking about Dove soap for babies, this is what we use and was recommended for us: Dove Pure and Sensitive. The bar soap is cheaper than the wash. Please check your supermarkets for it, as per availability. In lieu of this, i think maybe Dove classic can work. You can start using it from 3 months, if youee uncomfortable with using it on a newborn (though Dove Pure and Sensitive is fine for younger babies) and don't get soap in their eyes. Please Google for more information about it. HTH

My princess is doing great. Thanks for all your advice on the colic. The colic has stopped. I had to change her Formula to Enfamil Gentlease. This helped in reducing the fusiness and gas. And l also did tummy time. For her.

My Bs is loading must drop it this week as July don dey waka

Sounds like colic.

Get 'infacol' and follow the instructions - it should be given before each feed. Works like a charm.

Make sure she burps after each feed. Very important !

In fact, try burping her first after each feed and if it's still the same issue, then get infacol.

Its most likely colic. Other mamas have explained what to do already. Hansel is experiencing it too. Sometimes i just stay awake and watch him wriggle and stretch nonstop. Ive resolved not to stuff his liver with any drug

Sorry your princess is going thru this....sounds like colic tho'. My dear, you just have to keep pacifying her. Some people say infacol works, moving her legs in bicycle motion gently, lying her on her tommy SUPERVISED (I did this for Lamide one time and when I carried her up I saw blood from her navel on the bed) so do this supervised pls. Does she drink water? Maybe u should give about 10ml of warm water small small sha o.

Raptor2 I suspect colic o! Give her light tummy massages, place her on her back and give her legs the bicycle moves also give tummy time by placing her on her tummy often! It will give her some relief.

But if you think she's lactose intolerant try switching her to a lactose free fomular and see if it helps. My love to her.

Please Sabi Mamas make una help me torch Light this matter. My lil Princess that is 3 weeks old is having stomach pains . Please I don't know if its colic or lactose intolerance. Once she finish feeding she squeezes and makes noise like one in pains. She Streches her hands and legs and at the same Gas out.
She is on both breast milk and Formula
ABEG help a mama as am not happy seeing her in pains

All you have mentioned are signs of colic, if it's lactose intolerance she will av skin reactions. There's nothing to worry about, burp her very well after feeding, lie her on her back and do the bicycle style with her legs, you can also place her on her tommy for few minutes. as she lets out the gas, she will feel beta.
