I naff in in natin Buhari doesn't have a prayer in this election,he's hopeless in most northern states up to Kaduna as those are GEJ strongholds, now tha Abacha family that would have given CPC a handful of votes is disenchanted with Buhari ?,this is a classic case of a misfit;Buhari knows nothing about politics, dictatorship is his thing;and his running mouth mate is totally useless in this matter Some political pairing indeed |

LocalChamp: Ribadu not vindictive like Obasanjo —Tinubu
By Olusola Fabiyi
Thursday, 17 Feb 2011
A former Governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, on Wednesday said Tinubu said that the toes that Ribadu stepped on while serving as the Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission were rotten.
He said because of the desire of the former president to get rid of him and send him to jail after he must have completed his tenure as governor of Lagos State in 2007, he asked Ribadu and the commission to investigate him (Tinubu).
The former governor said he spent about eight hours with the commission’s investigators on the day he was invited, adding that at the end, he was asked to go home.
He said, “People have said Ribadu stepped on many toes. Yes, he did because the toes were rotten and infected.
“If you cannot fight the cancer called corruption, there is no way you can move the country forward.
“I was the most http://punchng.com/Articl.aspx?theartic=Art201102174331517 This is the height of hypocrisy, absolutely unbelievable,Tinubu, the chief corrupt politician in the land today, sermonizing on the need to fight corruption |

koastar: Thumbs up rhymz! I wonder why some shallow minded Nigerians are calling for protest in Nigeria. Tunisia, Egypt and Libya's cases are totally parallel to that of Nigeria. These are countries whose leaders have solely ruled for decades. Is it their birth right? We are not experiencing such in Nigeria. Yes, we need change in terms of better life for the people and in the economy as a whole. If you beleive revolution will bring about this change we are championing for, then, the revolution should be through the ballot box as this is another election year! You all have the opportunity to vote out leaders you donot want and vote in those you can trust with power. GBAAAAAAM |
