How I wished, a military junta is the one in charge, how can contractors collect huge billions from CBN in the name of importing valuable items into the Country only to end up diverting 70% of such sums into their pockets while importing rice, wheats, millets, toothpicks, tomato puree paste, into the Country. I swear no Country can ever develop like that.
