BH is also not recognised as a terrorist group under US Law because it lacks jurisdiction until BH starts operating under its territory or becomes a threat to it, but still treats the group as terrorists because they are recognised as terrorists under Nigerian law, just like IPOB.

Did you highlight the reality that the bonds actually allows the government access to a larger pool of investors, hence more finance for governance?
