As for human capital which you claimed is abundant in the SE and is more significant than IGR (as if it's not part of what fuels IGR ), how exactly has it developed Aba from the squalor it is last time I checked? How has it helped in building roads, bridges and curbed erosion across the South East? Why are you still BEGGING for FG projects and still screaming marginalization and underdevelopment? If the SE states worked on and had up to or more than Kanos IGR, they would have been able to jointly build the 2nd Niger bridge ages ago, instead of WAITING and BEGGING endlessly for the FG to build it. Putting cattle in ranches is just going to cause meat scarcity in Nigerian. Ranch them up north, no food for 6 months each year.

Ranch them in the south, tsetsefly kills substantial amounts of them. Only solution is alternative feeding
