Probably, you're making a mistake. I checked who.is. Itshows, it was registered today on Porkbun and parked on Sedo as you said. Check the spelling you input on Dan and Afternic.

I'm having an issue.
I bought landscapeinstallation//king some few minutes ago. I tried listing it on Dan and afternic and it's getting rejected. It's saying someone has listed it already. I checked and saw that someone had listed the name already. However, I bought it for $8+ on porkbun and have parked it on sedo.

on the other hand many members in the group also dropped slaes report, some new niche i took note off was

Price points are subjective to a point. Do you want a quick sale? You may list it cheap Do you want to prospective buyers to perceive value in the domain name? Make it expensive.

I would suggest around $5,000. You might have a long wait. Also, it does not necessarily have to be a round figure. You can price is at $4,899, $5,499.

Budosky has had about 3 $4,000 sales in the past one year. He said if you price your domain low, you can't expect a high price for it. This your domain deserves a mid 4 figure price at least.

None of his domains was sold on SH. They were all sold on Afternic, through inbound.

Also, list on Afternic, Dan and Epik. Afternic is a must. They actually sell more brandables than SH

The name belonged to a former wooden apparel brand. Seems they stopped working since 2018. Hopefully they or someone else might redevelop interest in the name.
