Icesnow: I didn't feel any pain after wards...The procedure was something I could bear,although the lady that did after me was screaming while it was being done coz of the discomfort and jarring effect on her teeth. Scaling and polishing is something I would be doing every 6 months onwards.I feel more confident now coz my teeth is bright and shiny. 2 Likes |

I did scaling and polishing recently,now i am always smiling coz my teeth is squeaky clean.I was told by the dentist that teeth whitening cost 40k but the downside is increased teeth sensitivity. It was a Govt hospital. 7 Likes 1 Share |

Depressed101: I agree with you,I watched the video of some white cops assaulting a black army lieutenant during a traffic stop their guns where drawn and they were on high alert even when the black guy was visibly on army uniform. If the army officer didn't handle the situation with calmness he would have been shot.Although he ended up being pepper sprayed. 2 Likes 1 Share |

The cop was very polite with his approach,only an animal or a psycho will be provoked into using his firearm in that situation. His facial features easily gives him away as a criminal.Look at the ears,the mean and probing eyes.The officer should have been alert.
