I'm assuming you don't submit his CV and he gets called immediately, there's likely to be months between now and him eventually resuming his new position if he's successful.
With this in mind, you should begin grooming other members of your team with the help of Mr X, that's essence of leadership else there will have been no procession in the world. You will be fine brother, just have to set your mind to it.

Also, Try having an honest conversation with Mr X about this possibility and know he's thought, he just might be content in this moment at this position due to personal reasons.

I really do think there's hope. My thought process is that they didn't want to overwhelm their system sending to all of us in that time. You should all be hopeful whilst prepared for the worse. At the least, give hopefulness today and tomorrow before you decide tossing it down the river.

Quickly about the trading, please don't touch that unless you have decent knowledge of financial markets and analysis. I was conflicted between sales and trading, I thought I did okay nonetheless.

Also, why was there so much time for the second section? 25mins for just 12 questions, makes me wonder if there would be consideration for speed. Notice also that in the mail sent that they show time taken.

Don't know what to make of it but those yet to take theirs should consider speed too. Best wishes to us all

Hi, so I don't believe there's anything to cure about being an introvert. I'll always say if ever see yourself as needing 'help or cure' because you're an introvert, then you're not helping your self-esteem rather focus on it as a growth process meaning you're already enough but you'll like to learn more social skills or better your interpersonal communication skills and your making the conscious efforts, then you'll be better off for the process.

I am an introvert and I do not have the problems you mentioned but if you'll still be interested in chatting then do send me a PM please.

Most introverts tend to suffer from social anxiety which has lead to depression in a lot of youths. Being introverted doesn't mean u should be shy or not able to make connections or even interactions. In advanced countries behaviors like this can be cured through cbt(cognitive behavioral therapy). But I've searched and I haven't been able to find any therapist.. If you're an introvert and having problems expressing yourself or even shy and freak out or panic at social interactions. We could link up and help each other..This would hone our public speaking and interaction skills.. We all need that to get by day to day activities. So let's do this..

This is very normal. I had the same paranoia you're having now when I experienced same. Like my body just shut out, even though I tried to not make her feel bad about it but nothing we did brought it back up. I swear I was scared AF, had to watch porn when I got back home and the relief was heavenly.

You're likely a very sensitive person, it would happen again if she's happens to still smell bad. Bruh, Either you fashi her altogether or ensure she's clean this time around that's if the psychological effects are not still there.
