I was able to save 3million from my salary of 30k a month and my online business (with my phone) from 2017 to this 2019, I bought a plot of land worth 1milion in September.. Where I need help now is that :

1..i don't have a car and a friend of mine is willing to sell his Nigeria used car at the rate of 500k (honda) still in good condition

2. I saw another land in good site worth 950k (from Estate)

3. I don't have any other side business except my salary of 30k which might elapse anytime and my online business no longer move well since March this year

What do I do? I need a car, but a friend advice I go for the land or better still go into business that car doesn't appreciate, but not having a car has deprived Me of so many occasions and others

Please advise me (for the remaining 2million)

buy a car ,resign from your 30k salary work and register as an Uber driver.

its the full package.

from foundation to finishing, but does not include interlocking .Interlocking depends on the size of your land.

Hello brothers and sisters

I am presently building a 3 storey building and need your advice on the cost of decking for each level to compare with what I have been spending so far as I have a feeling that I am being ripped off.
The building is on the second decking and I was quoted 4.5 million Naira. Each level has 7 rooms. Meanwhile I cost me that much to complete the first decking. It’s quite hard to establish what’s going on as I live in Australia but there’s this feeling that I’m being ripped off. I’m just here to find out the truth from honest people who have built this type of house. I was also told it would cost 18 to 20 million to complete the entire building. Please advise

work is a bit slow, reason is because it's a low budget project. We want to spend less and get the digging done , But that would mean more time would be spent on digging.

Most of the diggers here in Oshogbo, charge between N600/meter - N1000/meter.Thats is on the highside compared to a state like Lagos.
