I will not discourage you but have it at the back of your mind abroad is like gamble few are lucky, while majority struggle to survive couple with pressure back home.
thanks my brother, this advise has replayed over time but those that have not reached Cotonou before keep saying otherwise. nowhere is green, you make it green and that can be anywhere including your village especially via online. the farther from home the riskier

HOA Seat is now an investment in Nigeria
Yes dear, with a salary of 10m and above a month for 4 years from initial campaign expense of 50m. Please kindly use your investment mind and tell me it's not an investment for doing nothing.

Must you comment?

I hope our Eket Oga who invested with MBA Forex act fast before it ends in premium tears.
He is watching the trend, golden rule: always gamble with what you can comfortably do without. As at the last count, he invested about
37m in the "ponzi", he got 500k yesterday. Let the risk be taken, the consequences are equally awaited. Thanks for the concern.

I have an option of contesting for HOA seat, that will gulp over 50m, between the two gamble, I prefer the ponzi

We will talk about ‘The Land God made in anger’ later, see how beautiful and gorgeous this woman is, even at her age. That’s one good thing about Igbo women, God took His time to create them. They’re ageless.

God will continue to bless Igbo Women immensely.
is that president Buhari side chick or SA call Lauretta or palm wine drinker not an Igbo or igho woman?

60 people die in cult war in akwa ibom state as we speak . What does those guys who frequently point out every killing in the United States have to say about this? Is Nigeria really that safe?

Gas explosion every now an then in lagos. The casualties can be well reduced if the EPA move all the gas plants far from people's residents.

Inter states travel within Nigeria is the most scary thing after boko haram in Nigeria. If you don't get caught by the x men, you get caught by the bad roads causing unnecessary accidents.
For cult related issues, its self inflicted and deserve no pity. Industrial accident, I think nigeria even has a lesser case, how many industry do we even have. Haven't you heard of recent serial explosion in that Asian port. Nowhere is exempted but I prefer my country, I have survived for over 4 decades in naija and still alive and loving it. Cult has not affected me in any way, not been lucky to be robbed, never, where I stay, I enjoy good roads even at 2am u can travel to any part of akwa ibom and nothing hinders your flow. I don't have need to frequently travel interstate. Flying out is from ibom airport to any of the international airport. I am speaking for myself, I choose nigeria over any foreign country. Don't join the bandwagon, nigeria is not so bad.

Meanwhile where did you get your statistics about cult killings in akwa ibom. Been long I hear of such and the count wasn't that fantastic, but even it does, it's only getting rid of the bad eggs, I encourage it. Cult killing is cancelling out the bad eggs and should be encouraged. Anybody that is a cultist and has been an accomplice should die. Newton law: equal and opposite reaction, u can't escape it, it can't be wished away but can be transferred from one form to another, u see this life, u must pay for your deeds, directly or indirectly. Energy can neither be created not destroyed, but can only be transformed, your bad energy must materials. Abstain and enjoy free flow of peace. I am the proud king of the Jews.

Huh?

Hahahahahahahaha cheesy grin cheesy grin

In a country that only 2% of account holders have more than 500k inside ?
Hahahahahahahaha grin cheesy
Since 2017, I have never kept above 100k in my account, I have multiple of such account across many banks, first bank alone I have dorm, savings and current, I run account for my four kids and one for my wife, I use them for my nature of biz, several hundred of millions in investment houses etc, so that statistics might be right but not accurate, let them use bvn and tell us again that all the business men moving money on daily basis don't have 500k and above in account and they don't make 2% of our population. Not even talking of politicians that bury money underground.

I have seen both climes and I choose nigeria over any unfavorable climate. Spent 10 days in UK 2016 and left the house about thrice, did I pay my way to be watching TV indoors. The weather was bleeped and everybody remained indoors, had to run back because of boredom.

I don't believe you have travelled abroad before.
If you can say that its easier for a Nigerian to travel than for a developed country resident, you obviously haven't been to a developed country before.
Not only is it waaaaayy cheaper to travel to most destinations from the developed world, Africa's travel market is the world's most expensive.

Case in point - it costs 800 dollars to fly from Lagos to Nairobi, a 4.5 hour flight.
Before the pandemic, I got a Vienna - London - Johannesburg BA flight (11 hours duration) for a friend for 350 pounds.

And of course, the average developed country resident can pay for all these things with a credit card. And before we develop the usually stupid argument of how in Nigeria "your thing is yours" because you pay cash upfront, note that the western economies would never have developed without credit to enable people to afford big price items like cars, houses etc.

Apart from the fact that this is place one is familiar with, there is NO facet of life in Nigeria that is better than what obtains in the western world. None at all.
The argument is not if I travel or not, that's my biz, if you that travel and think the fares are charged based only on distance then I will not doubt you but will advise you get educated while on Your travel. From my personal experiences, I choose to remain in nigeria where I am a king by all standard. Remain a third class personality doing dishes in foreign land. Each time I travel, I never get delayed and my visa has never been delayed or denied. At airports, have never witnessed excess checks. I don't know why but I know they know my value to their economy and my history tells them I spend less than two weeks each time I reluctantly visit. I prefer my nigeria, the land that God has decided to bless me. I will live in it and enjoy all it's offings. As I type, we are arranging fishes, crayfish and other food stuff for my siblings over there, it's a regular occurrence. We have never received food from them. Do they even have food? Are you still supprise why they are dying like chicken because of covid 19 and we are living lavishly, it's because of what we eat that fortified us. Don't dare compare my dear country to abroad aside that bias feeling that you have achieved something just like those in Lagos feel towards those in Uyo and uyo base feels same for Eastern obolo people, it doesn't mean that someone in eastern obolo is having a life better than some in USA. Each time I travel, I cost my host fortunes as I eat local nigerian dishes all through and its expensive though available. Avoid me, leave my naija and remain for your trump tower

rubbish. It's people like you that try to discourage people from coming so that they won't come and enjoy what u re enjoying. Na lie joor
I be Uyo boy, school within AKS, lived in AKS, working in AKS, never spent 2 weeks outside AKS. I am at home and having fun. Everything you are looking for abroad, I have in Uyo. Look within and make it worth it. Like I keep saying, I have met wretched folks abroad and stinkingly rich folks in Naija. So many are stranded abroad and can't come home. If you have opportunity abroad, go for it but don't believe it's greener once you board a plane.

More rubbish comparisions.
Responding to this is a waste of time.
I am beginning to wonder whether there really is any hope at all for Nigeria if people think this way, comparing a country that offers its citizens virtually nothing to any other country that does.
It offers nothing but gives room for me to get everything, I mean everything compared to a country that keeps you on your toes and average despite being lazy. My country you have to be sharp to edge out and lazy to slump. Please what's the cost of Dino's latest car, how many people but it in the US? How many people buried equivalent of 800m naira and allowed it spoil in the US? I don't know of you, I have traveled to UK and lives in naija, I know what am comparing. Be sincere, if you are abroad, how may times do you visit your family in naija in a year, that's luxury, you can't frequent your love ones because you can't afford it. Don't tell me you don't love them. People in naija travel frequently to and fro. As a matter of fact, I have never spent 2 weeks abroad, its boring over there with their low quality and ecpensive beer diluted by weather.

*DON'T EVER CURSE YOUR COUNTRY*

[Copied, edited by KKCool]

*If you don't know how you are blessed, you will think your father's farm is worse than your friend father's farm.*

$1 is ₦500 and so what?
Let me elucidate from my little experience. Can anyone in the US use $1 for breakfast? No!
But in Nigeria, ₦500 will give you breakfast and lunch.

Majority of people's monthly house rent (self contained apartment) in the USA is $1,000 and above... and that is your own 2 year's rent!

Have you ever paid for insurance before? Insurance in the US is $280 and that is almost ₦100,000 monthly.

When last did you pay monthly phone bills? I pay almost ₦40,000 monthly and if I don't, they are going to block my SIM. Your own MTN can be there for months without recharge.

When last did you work on Saturday and Sunday? This I do compulsorily and on regular basis.

*Don't get me wrong, the US is better than Nigeria, depending on which angle you are viewing it.*

Do you want to hear the truth?

*Many people in Nigeria live a more fulfilling life compared to their counterparts abroad.*

Forget about all the packaging on social media and give credit to the good life you are living.

Do you know why Nigerians living in the US always rush back quickly whenever they come home visiting? Because bills are counting and elongated absence (freedom) will put their lives in jeopardy.

If you, as a black person, attempt to emulate the whites, they will kneel on your neck.

Apart from Congo, no citizens in the entire universe enjoy life to the fullest than Nigerians.

You are abundantly blessed but you don't know until you get visa and relocate abroad, that is when you will know that your 8-hour job in Nigeria with free weekend is awoof.
With 8-hour job abroad, you can only pay bills, you need other 6 to 8 hours jobs to save for the future and plan your life.

The truth is that the grass is green everywhere, it's lack of vision greed of our leaders/politicians and the skewed religious practices (which placed emphasis on miracles) that ascended Nigeria onto a myopic tentacle of complete standstill.

*Always thank God wherever you may find yourself. Nigeria is good*
