Whiteshield: Putting money in ponzi is not investment. I don't know how to break that down into your native language so it can enter your head. You didn't invest, you threw your money away. Keep fooling yourself. If you moved on, you won't be crying on this thread. Go to MBA Instagram page and meet your people doing crying competition. Why hiding your illicit investment. Wanted to bring out the proud foolishness in you. Rephrasing, what's is investment to you since "ponzi" is not one. My brother, no need for e-fight, its like religion. Anybody not worshipping your gods is evil. If you don't understand forex then allow it slide, don't tag investors foolish. A genuine business can be use as front for fraud but the trade itself is genuine. Just like any other business in Nigeria, anything can crash. ExxonMobil just post a negative profit of over $20b dollars. Their share holders can't be tag foolish. |

Whiteshield: Your problem is that your horizon is limited and because you live among poor people, you think your chicken change means something. What do you know about Okocha and Société Generale? If not that you're ignorant, you will know that Okocha was eventually repaid in full. Did Maxwell refund you?
If you invested in that MBA nonsense, I shouldn't be arguing with you. Only less obdurate people put money in MBA. Go and wait in one corner till Joe Biden pays you. Man wey sabi every, I hope every other foolish depositor was paid. I invested 2m, I long moved on. I only ask what you invested in so we bring out your foolishness, why hiding your investment abi you dey rob. Like I said, some people made more money from MBA than you can imagine. And you call them foolish, the folly is on you. |

Whiteshield: But those who put money in MBA are really stupid o! They are so so very foolish and they were vehemently defending their foolishness. Some of them made more money than you could ever make in a calendar year, is that still foolishness. Okocha that saraki's bank swallowed his hard earned money must be 'foolish' to you, abi? Spewing is cheap, now tell me what you invest so I tell you the "foolishness" in that investment |

Silverpurple: My friend, the requirement to retire above is quite vague. To study till PhD in Unilag cost different from PhD in University of London, and PhD in University of London is different from cost of PhD in Stanford University. Same as even cost of sipping ice cold beer, I know a couple of people that prefer their beer in the 7-star hotels of Dubai, while some are A-OK with could Trophy from any hotspot in Ibadan.
Life in it self is designed such that we keep running, and like my yourba people say. The day we die, is the day we rest.
Therefore, chosing to rest earlier, require one thing *contentment*.
Most of the ballers here, respectably including "moi" once live like Kings on NYSC allawee....how did we get to 20k per month internet, 20k per month fuel, 400 USD headphones? I for one had internet, headphones and was able to move easily around on NYSC allawee...
Regards, John Doe from Orile Agege. Said best university in the world, my only fear is inflation but I capture that effect but I can't tell limits because this country is unpredictable. Aiming high so even we land on average, we move. Law of contentment is what I practice, I don't compete. My target is a billion naira untouchable fund. The day I get a billion, next morning I will be at home playing with kids. I need a good car due for changed every three years. A good retirement home will be on ground already and I don't need another home. Only thing I will be doing with the proceed is children fees. My manager retired last year and died last month, never trade all your useful years hustling, use some in grooving and rehabilitation of the dead cells so you live long. Getting close to 50yrs, time to think home. Started working at 35yrs after enough "local balling" investing 20yrs to white collar job is ok, and I will be back to my "local balling". Typing from ibom five star hotel, drank only a bottle of beer because I am not comfortable drinking 1k5 beer I can comfortably buy 3h, I drink beer a lot but have stayed about two weeks with just a bottle and campari and coke I get from town, I am just contented. Live for yourself alone and not for others. The hotel am staying is not on my bills ooooo before we think otherwise |

Those below me, I try to build them up to my standard, so I bring the investment discussions and possibility of doing businesses that can bring profit. A friend should be one that discusses what I like and he likes same things. I paid for my solar system in 2015, cost was a little above a million naira, installed first quarter of 2016, using it till date, no change except some minimal maintenance. Highest I recharged my meter was 5k which I almost used for 8 months as per no light and I relegate them to third source after solar and generator. My people, before I got my meter, I was paying 14k monthly in 2017, with solar, I only recharge 1k per month and it's never exhausted. My people, choose your battle wisely. I no more threaten them with litigation. We are on parallel lane. They avoid me and I avoid them. Even waiting for my battery to die off so I upgrade my system. Me alone, they will fold up. |

I can only drive SUV for now until I own series of vehicles then I might include salons and maybe bike and bicycle like the owner of that airline because I don't want to be restricted due to bad road. Cost of maintaining my SUV apart from fueling is less. Hardly complain of shocks as there are build for unforeseen situations unlike salon when driven on a rough terrain, you get the noise immediately. I once bought brand new kia optima, it's first outing to a marriage ceremony, I couldn't drive to the venue, had to park and use a bike. Our roads are not "salonable" except you want to drive within your estates or city centres. With my Gx, I can climb mountain. |

ojesymsym: Sir, if you keep equating MBA with Forex, you may take same risk with same result. Most of these guys that claim to trade forex with consistent 20% do not really do any live trade. During the early craze of Forex in 2007/08, there was a lot of hype about the magic of forex only for people to discover that the trainers only made money from training (like the executive class you say is starting on the 11th). Since that 2007 till now, I have never met one person that made money from Forex and did not lose it. Most lose their account, those who have some form of success will tell you that they were successful until they made a mistake and their account got blown. Personally, I intend to have fun with forex as a pastime soon, but not with any amount more that $100. Why am I taking out time to try to prevent you going into forex? Simple, because you have lost money from it already and I suspect you have entered that dangerous mode than gambler get into when they loose money, they always believe they can win it back, but in the process, they end up sinking deeper and deeper into more loses. Since you are very busy with work, just close eye and buy Zenith bank shares, it is still at 10 EPS even at the high price it has even today. Dec FG bonds was even 12% last month with 50 million be minimum subscription. You still get options bros. I personally use to learn from the matured Barrytone moniker contribution, do not allow emotions and pride lead you into losing your life earnings, all those guys calling you bros in the area will be the first to start saying "wertin he use he money do sef". I know it is not my money or business, but na God I take beg you, don't listen to internet marketers who promise you heaven and earth with forex. Remember your old principle of slow and steady. thanks a million, will think it through, definitely need to learn the session, I just need to understand possibilities and impossibilities about the market. meanwhile I wouldn't go beyond the 40m which is the much I can comfortably risk. |

Aquilapriscilla: Same with me , I still think that's not barrytone. Barry cannot just fall for MBA he is streetwise... Remember the trick he gave when dealing with stronghead tenants. It worked perfectly. I went through his former posts May be he used this money for it so no need bothering. I think he just gambled if it works fine, if don't fine mehn, you guys can dig up anything. its cool. truth is the turn in event. the economy, the covid threat on job security, devaluation and others was making targets seems unreachable in future though we met 2020 target by march, future targets where definitely never gonna come by with buhari and emefiele on seat and buhari is not good at firing failures. way out: I was losing capital already without doing anything. I even did Tbills at 3%, bills were maturing and nothing insight. forex was an attempt to take the risk I wasn't used to knowing well that anything can happen. it was a well calculated risk that its outcome wouldn't matter but valuable lessons are learnt or better still if it works out then we can retire to trading. still on track, no looking back yet, MBA is first set back but not discouraging enough. Lesson learnt: trade on your own and bear the outcome. thanks for the concern |

ukay2: Very painful end for hard earned monies
Suprised disciplined guy like Barry was in it...life is quite interesting I would have been blaming myself if I didn't dare. New phase is creating that time to learn it. sponsoring one person on executive session commencing on the 11th of January. Never expect to win always but in average be a winner. with the attack and panic there was no way it could survive. if we traded individually, we could brace up and strike again but that can't work with crowd funding business. MBA might swallow two million initial deposit but on forex matters, we are still making profits. I pray the market keeps thriving |

I just don't know how much these people make per month that make them to be giving us 20% or 30% per month. I'm just being scared sha.
An investor was giving me 20% since June till now but I found an investor that gives people 25%, now I want to move my investment to the one that pays 25% but I'm being skeptical.
Possibly, I may stop putting money into the investment anytime before it turns to MMM experience. Chairman follow your mind, na your money. I only did away with my money, I don't count that amount as my assets. Do the same or get your money back. I am still enjoying my roi, |
