When people have a history, that makes you a somebody, so if you remove the history you become nobody. That is why Europeans removed completely our history so that it looks like they've conquered, colonized and enslaved nobody. There are physiological reasons to why people would want to associate themselves with their history. There is a link to what someone think of themselves and what someone thinks of their people and their history and this is where self esteem and interpersonal esteem comes in; that is what you think of your race (racial esteem) Self esteem and racial esteem are not the same. Someone can have a very high self esteem but very low racial esteem where they think very badly about other black people. Sincerely black people have a very high self esteem but very low racial esteem. And that is one of the reasons why black people are prone to conflict amongst themselves, disagree among themselves, why they refuse to trust themselves and why they fail to invest among Themselves. So in a nutshell what we are REALLY saying is we don't give a da*n about ourselves. that's why the rich and the fortunate among us refuse to invest In our countries they prefer to invest outside the African continent making the continent poorer though the continent is very rich but the people have inferior complex amongst themselves. I personally believe that our colonial masters (western nations) know this weakness and they've used it to sidetrack us over the years so they can explore our human and natural resources effectively I believe the best way to raise our interpersonal esteem is to introduce us to our history and if that history happens to be a GREAT one something they can be proud of, they will see their people in a very different way. So we as a people have very good self esteem but we need to own good racial esteem so we can have a balance in where we can believe, trust, agree, unite, invest and developed ourselves and the continent at large. #BlackHistoryMonth |
It surprise me that we here in Africa don't celebrate BLACK HISTORY MONTH? This is the most important month to all black people around the world. Because we gave birth to civilization. 3000 years ago when Egypt (kemet) was at her peak, Europe was a muddy pound. Don't believe the lie that our history only starts with slavery and colonization. Africa was civilized before they came. But we celebrate phony days and holidays; like xmass, Easter, valentine and even HALLOWEEN? days that have nothing to do with God and us as a people... This is how ignorant we are. Black history is the history of civilization. And we as a people must go back and take into account what we've achieved as a people and teach our offspring. And like I've always said, the bible is the BEST black history book. That is why this month should be important to all believers. #BlackHistoryMonth |

guys get it, the black race is the human race. every other race is counterfeit. that place called Eden is Ethiopia. that's is why you see Ethiopia in the Bible many times. in fact science concluded that modern humans migrated out of Ethiopia. so Adam is black and his girlfriend eve. pls don't get it twisted. the original Egyptians, Libyans, Sudanese, Israeli's and Arabs where all BLACK! the bible said that that the Israelite's looked just like the Ethiopians. Amos 9:7. white people appeared on this planet 6000 yes ago. they are not local. they are coming from another star. that is why they have Neanderthal genome In them. scientists have confirmed that if you are non African you are likely part Neanderthal. |

I saw this on BELLANAIJA,Written specially for Nigerian Woman. I kinda love it, so i thought it will be a cool idea to share the article here. Written by Atoke. ENJOY! Recently, I had a conversation with a friend about his women troubles. His wasn’t the standard garden variety of not being able to snag and keep a woman. Nah! His own problem was the trouble of keeping them away. According to him, he can’t even strike up innocent, friendly conversations with women without being at risk of being sized up for some form of relationship – with marriage at the epicentre of it all. Here’s a little background to give you some perspective on why this man believes he is such a catch to Nigerian women. He is tall, not shabby on the eye, lean, and he talks a good game (albeit with small hints of Yoruba accent. Just small… you can hear the Egba peeking through a few of his words). He is incredibly smart, and is very successful. He also has money – lots of spare change. Like… A LOT. He is a chic magnet; and as much as I roll my eyes at his cocky sense of self-assurance, (he swears this is all in my head) I have to agree, that on a list of things that we’re taught to look out for in a man, he checks 90% of the boxes, simply by being ONE thing – successful. There’s a list of things Nigerian women are expected to have and be, in order for them to be well primed, ready for life and future romantic unions. For Nigerian men, it’s just one thing. Be rich. It is such that you hear stories of guys from your University days, who were described as having ‘no game’, graduating, getting rich and suddenly can’t keep women away. What changed? Nice car. Nice house. Where the ladies at? So, when my friend was lamenting about women swarming over him, I could empathise. He went on to say that letting women know that he had a girlfriend was not much of a deterrent either. According to him, it appeared once a woman hears there’s another woman in the picture, it’s like he’d set up a seemingly intriguing obstacle, which suddenly must be conquered. The other woman is simply a blimp on the screen of the bright future she is seeing. I asked him how often this happened, and whether he wasn’t just exaggerating. “No! Do you know how many times a woman has asked me if my relationship was serious?! Like why would I say I have a girlfriend if it isn’t serious?” His voice was now raised slightly, his exasperation seeping through the speaker of my phone. I’d never thought of this from the perspective of a man. Before now, I’d always given the side eye to women who go on and on about other women trying to sniff around their man. In fact, when I hear such stories, I give a dry laugh and snort: “where’s the man they’re trying to steal, sef?” And often times, I found that when I analysed the man the woman was guarding with her life, it usually ended with me turning up my nose in distaste. Is that all? Who wants to steal this one! Remember when I wrote that tongue-in-cheek article about this? But, the one thing I’d never considered is the idea of a wealthy man, and how much of a burden it is to be a technically single man saddled with money! People have different problems in this world. Some have food but cannot eat. But, what bothered me even more about his rant, was that none of the women sniffing around him cared whether he was a good guy or not. You see, my friend is a right jerk, and he makes no apologies for it. He isn’t unique or different in his brand of assholeism! He makes no bones about it. Yet, he can’t keep women away. Why are women so anxious to get with this person with a mean streak and a bad temper? Is it simply enough that he has money? “Why do women think you’re such a catch? Do they know about your god-awful personality?” I asked, in the middle of all this complaining about women. “They don’t care now. Besides, how can you call me god-awful when I’ve been forthright with my relationship status?“ He actually did deserve a little credit for putting it out there; but what does it say about women? Is the financial stability of a man the most important criterion for picking a man? After all, nobody wants to suffer. This isn’t even about being a gold digger, or trying to reap where one did not sow. On the contrary, it’s more likely a case of not wanting someone who will come and deplete your own resources. We live in the age of liberated and economically independent women, so it’s easier to take this explanation as valid – when you think about the quest for a successful man. But at the end of it, here’s what I feel is the real issue we should be addressing: why are men only taught to seek first the kingdom of wealth and success, and every other thing shall be added onto it? Have money, and women will follow – like a moth to a flame. It’s truly worrisome that money has been glorified so much amongst men that they almost don’t feel the need to have any other form of life values and morals. It’s simply enough to be rich, have a good job and other moral and ethical traits can be dispensed with. If one woman doesn’t like it, another will swiftly fill her place. Who no like better tin? Money is good, and the capacity to create wealth is important; but is that really truly enough for a new age Nigerian woman? Surely, it shouldn’t be. Are women really not asking for more because we’ve been raised to believe that once the man has money, every other thing will fall in place? Do we really and truly believe this? A lot of these cultural expectations come from interesting backgrounds, and then ‘requirements’ are borne of people’s experiences. So, picture this: someone from a low income family who married for love, and all forms of starry-eyed expectations, discovers that it is easier to cry in a Bentley than in a Keke Napep. This person then lays down the law to her child – “Marry a rich man or you will suffer forever. Don’t make the mistake I made.” This person has passed on their reality to their offspring. From there, it becomes, find a man who has a ‘good job’ and can provide for you. Nobody is really considering the factor of one’s ability to actually provide for one’s self. Then there’s the flip side with men; a man who lost a woman he loved, to someone he perceived was financially better than him. The man then makes it his life mission to have money, or he tell his sons that all they need to do is have money – because that is what it would take to get the girl of their dreams. The next generation man then doesn’t think it is important to be courteous, to be kind, to be decent. Nope! All he needs to know how to do is make money, and be successful. Success is one of those fleeting things that fizzles without other sustainable values to back it up. When the money goes, what happens to the man you hustled so hard to snag? What happens when he is simply the douchebag who had a good paying job at the time you pulled all the stops to get? The rich, successful man should simply stop being at the top of a woman’s ‘Goals List’. *COPIED FROM www.bellanaija.com Link: https://www.bellanaija.com/2016/12/atoke-hes-rich-so-what/

Rapper and star of Love & Hip Hop New York Remy Ma hinted at a Christmas release date for her new album, Plata o Plomo, on a recent episode of TV Talk show “The Real” with hosts Tamera Mowry-Housley, Loni Love, Jeannie Mai and Adrienne Bailon. Remy candidly remembered her first night out of jail and how she hadn’t even heard of Snapchat or Instagram. During the show, the “Cookin’” rapper channels her alter ego, “Remy Ma-rtha Stewart” and shares D-I-Y tips for the fall. Loni Love: Once you were released, how long did it take for you to get back into the studio? Remy Ma: I went to the studio literally like an hour after I was home. Adrienne Bailon: What? Remy: Yeah, I went home. I took a shower. I changed my clothes and I went right to the studio. I was in there with DJ Khaled. Jeannie Mai: Had to get it out of you. Remy MaRemy: I was like, I don’t want to have that time period where I’m adjusting [uses air quotes.] I’m going right now and I went that day. We made the remix to his song and it was great. Loni: How was it getting back into the studio? Remy: It was a little bit different because I put on the headphones. As ya’ll see, I have like this female Barry White thing going on. As I get older, my voice gets deeper. So when I first listened to it, I was like “Oh my God. Why do I sound like this?” It was just so… such a different sound. I had all this depth and richness like sounding like I smoke cigarettes all day. When I heard the finished one, I was like, “Oh, I kind of sound a little bit more gangster.” It was cool, but it was just the first time going in, I’m like “Okay, well what is everyone else going to say? Are they going to hate it? Are they going to not like it?” But the response was everything that I could ask for. Loni: And you know DJ Khaled is always on Snapchat. Did he Snapchat? Remy: DJ Khaled snapchats you on site. Like he will snapchat before he says, “hello.” He walk up to you with the camera like this [acts like she is holding phone.] So I didn’t know what Snapchat was. I didn’t know what Instagram was. I didn’t know what Twitter was. None of these things existed prior to me then. I had a iPhone and I was sitting there like, [imitates pushing buttons on phone.] “Can I just get a phone with buttons?” It was crazy! NOT TRUE... |
we've made a mistake by putting these same old people in power, Nigerians smell the roses, these men are deceiving us... |
Obama has already failed Americans, Clinton will do worse... |
lol people don't know what is happening behind the scenes, Obama and Clinton are just laughing @Americans, I pray people wake up and smell this Rose's.. |
It’s ironic – yet revealing – how the GOP nominee who made millions building golf courses is visiting the flood-ravaged areas of Baton Rouge while Obama, who once criticized then-President Bush for his mishandling of Hurricane Katrina, plays on golf courses. In fact, Obama just played his 300th round of golf as president. “I think my irons are good, my drive is straight but unimpressive in length, and my putting’s decent, chipping is OK,” he told the Golf Channel. It’s quite likely Obama has spent more time on golf courses over the past year than Trump, despite the latter owning several courses across the world. Meanwhile Hillary is no where to be found; her last public appearance was on Wednesday and she has no scheduled events until Sunday, underscoring her lack of energy and poor health overall. At least Obama has the energy to golf; Hillary can barely stand up for long periods of time. “She makes the speech, she turns off the teleprompter,” Trump said. “Look, what happens, she gives a short speech then she goes home, goes to sleep, she shows up two days later.” In fact, numerous photos and videos suggest Hillary has trouble standing unsupported for extended periods of time, which is why she constantly uses chairs as makeshift crutches while giving speeches. Hillary also apparently suffers from Parkinson’s or a similar disease and experiences seizures from flashing lights, sources inside the Secret Service told revealed. In addition, Hillary has experienced several seizures and near-comatose freeze-ups during speeches which, combined with her previous blood clot, concussions and severe coughing fits, reveal she’s hiding serious medical issues that jeopardize her ability to hold public office in general, much less the White House.
