That time and effort of waiting . You'd input your search on Google and get your result in 0.02seconds .
Note that factory mpg differs from real life.
Some factors also affect your mpg like:
Under inflated tyres ,
Load
Type of Gas
Condition of Your vehicle
Catalytic converter
O2sensor e.t.c.

I don't think 21mpg is bad for city in your corolla.

I get like 15-16mpg or less In the venza sometimes

If it's a 2.5L Toyota engine. it must be the 2mz-fe V6, mostly used in the Japanese market . It's very cheap compared to the 1mz.
