I am awaiting COS. My recruiter requested for proficiencieny in use of English.

This is the background: HND Mass Comm, PGD in International Relations. Being a post graduate diploma, is it advisable I apply to the University for the proficiency letter as the course isn't degree based or I sit for ielts for UKVI general.
I earlier sat for ielts academic erroneously.

From my personal experiences, none of the care homes specified IELTS VI or general.
This is one example I've copied and pasted "Can you provide either a OET or a IELTS certificate". I may be wrong, but none ever specified among at least 4 experiences.

Guys please I'm in a cross road, I can't seem to get any available date to book a tuberculosis test appointment...I don't know if I'm doing it wrong.

I would have walked in and book but I want to be that I'll atleast have it done sooner than a week wait, because I'll be traveling to the center and going to come back another day for just the TB test will cost me over 100k for flight and I no get that kind Money.

I just want to go and complete the procedure once and for all and go back home.

She can travel and be there up to 6 months but she can't live there so a smoother process is to apply for her as a dependent from begining. That way you are not hot and bothered later on

Yes, you need to apply alongside her if she will be going as your dependant at the same time you're travelling. If she won't be travelling with you, you can put in an application for her later but make sure that you details plans for childcare while youre at work. Her american passport only allows her free entry into the UK for tourism purpose.

Ielts general and must be the one for ukvi or Ecctis. Both serve the same purpose so any is fine. One is more expensive so you make your choice based on your needs
