Is the petroleum minister (*Buhari ) that supposed to be summoned, because minister of state for petroleum (*Kachwuku) takes all directives from the senior minister, but the fact that Nigeria is being currently run as a policed state where Dss and Efcc have muzzle our Lawmakers.
