giselle237:I don't know how else to word it but I will try my best. I want to study masters in UK for 22/23 session. At the same time a UK citizen is trying to bring me to the country as a dependent. This dependent visa is a relatively long process that would be concluded next year towards 22/23 application cycle deadline. I was advised to wait till I'm in the UK before I apply. But if I do that I may miss the chance to apply for 22/23 admission. My question is can I apply now and study in UK as a dependent? |
giselle237:yes they are. my main question is if its possible to study with dependent visa. I was advised to wait till I get to UK before I apply so I can enjoy benefits but by that time, many uni deadline would have passed or just a little time left. |
cc @justwise and experienced gurus your expertise is needed. Thank you and God bless you. |
Good day. Please I need experienced people to answer this question. A UK citizen/ family member wants me to join them in the UK as a dependent. I also want to apply for masters in UK for 2022/23 session. There are many things I need to put in place regarding the visa and some documents and realistically speaking, by the time I would have gotten the dependent visa God-willing, it would be close to or passed the 22/23 application deadline for most UK universities. So my question is can apply for masters now without any plan for student visa and leave Nigeria with my UK admission and soon to be processed UK dependent visa when it becomes ready which will likely be next year towards 22/23 application deadline. Also as someone with dependent visa will I enjoy the benefits of UK citizens such as lower tuition rates and/or scholarships. |

Hi guys. do you think its advisable to study in the UK if you intend to migrate completely after study? I plan to go for my masters in 2021/2022 but I wish to work and stay after I complete my program. how's the UK immigration system like, post-brexit? thanks everyone |
A minimum requirement for admission to all programmes is the grade C or better on the ECTS scale . Note that admission is highly competitive. Hi guys. who knows how i can convert my gpa to ects scale so i know if I reach up to a C in the scale. thanks. |

I keep saying this US govt having a shutdown crisis. it will cause delays and headaches in many court cases. Let atiku go when the crisis is fully resolved and the country is working efficiently, if he would not be jailed |
tobby98:I agree that buhari is the enemy, but atiku is not a saint either. Personally, I'm tired of old rulers ruling this country time and time again. I wish Nigerians could come together and vote someone that is not atiku or buhari. I doubt that would happen. |
US govt shutdown will definitely affect the progress of his trial |
US govt is currently having a shutdown crisis. It is a known fact that many workers are not being paid and many corruption and fraud cases are not being tried or are moving at a slow pace |
atiku and buhari are the same. vote a youth vote sowore |
US is having a shutdown crisis. So I doubt if atiku is on their radar |
nothing will happen to him during Us govt shutdown |
