For those who claim glo in slow. Go to apn settings and change your apn from glo flat to glo secure.

Got to settings.
Micro intelligence.
In micro intelligence untick the gesture mode for calls. That should solve it.

Try to format your phone.
The format option should be in your settings. But don't forget to back up your stuff.

L9 plus user here.
Was in the same situation you are. The only thing the k9 had over me was the 4g.
I looked it over and got the l9 plus. The phone is awesome. Sleek design. Light weight. Awesome camera and battery. Nice memory optimization. Go for it bro.

no its not the same your phone has to be 4g lte enables first and foremost..Then your phone should suppose band 28(700) which glo uses to be able flex their 4g lte

I don't know how to check for band. I use a tecno l9 plus, the specifications says GSM: GSM 900 / 1800
3G: HSDPA 2100.
Is that the same thing.?

You should have a reason you want to quit.

Quitting should not be because you feel bad afterwards. Something concrete. Maybe a Family member. A younger sister,the thought of your mother finding out. Or how if you were to have sex with your girlfriend you wouldn't be able to get it up.

Supposing you abstain from wanking off for a long time and you see a nude scene in a movie or a picture or a gif and youre alone.You would have t urge to self-service off immediately to it. Even if its not your normal porn material you would go for. You will sha manage it and self-service off, Since you've stayed off porn for a while your body would want it.
But with this method, repeated viewing of the porn video would Make it seem normal and with time you would see it as nothing and you wouldn't get an erection watching it.
Watch the video constantly during the day.
Have the video fr like 2 weeks before you delete it..

This method should only be done If you've wanked off recently o. Not if its been long.
Recently like 1-2 days.
And the video shouldn't be.A 1hour video. Max 5-7 minhtes video
