DaGrin wasn't the pioneer of Yoruba rap scene but he was the best. DaGrin was great and his songs were rich not just in lyrics but overall production. We miss you DaGrin. Nigeria miss you C.E.O.


As for Igbo Rap, I've never seen Mr Raw as a good rapper cos to me, he was always reciting his lyrics. His songs are not what I can call hip hop but slow Igbo pop. Ill Bliss and Phyno are way better.


LAST SUPPER: MI is overrated. I'd take Jesse Jagz, Rugged Man, Ice Prince, Vector, etc, over him but mind you, it's just my opinion. Olamide makes a baseless noise thinking he's a rapper.
