If you can live with mifi why not? Its a great device. Some sellers even ship the chinese version with Xiaomi.eu rom, means you can just download Google services directly from playstore. Note that bootlloader is unlocked already

I was in the heart of nnewi and i used to suffer to get really good network coverage and houses are extremely cheap there compared to other cities so yes it's a village that speedaf has seen fit to help their life
