Beuberry: You are a mumuman! You followed advise from rapists, dirty boys wearing one boxer short for one week, sex only brain boys, lazy and unrealistic high expectations boys on this forum. Don't you see that those boys coming here to complain about females have no joy? They are looking for what their mothers didn't give their fathers and what their sisters didn't do for their husbands. You took wrong advise cos this forum isn't a yardstick to judge all women.
You are still looking for advise from losers. Most of the males here are political jobbers, atheists, antichrists and sex only in the brain boys roaming romance section. They are good at condemning and not offering solutions. They are like DaddyFreeze, Sheikh Gumi, FFK and Reno Omokri. Always eating from pits and defending evil via packaging.
Lol, 😂 you mean you do have erections? 🤣 Stick to masturbation and oloshos naa. Mary both of them or you also get a baby mama. By the grace of God, women are more wiser and I won't tolerate any loser of a man to mess with my life.
See MikeofKd or Michael of Kaduna, you are a joker. You can't receive what you don't have. Get a well behaved woman to marry. Ignore bad counsels from this site. You sef reason am, go through this thread, have you gotten a good advise except this one I gave you? And where is the good advise you gave, "stick to masturbation or marry olosho" "Get a well behaved woman" you might as well tell him na fish dey inside sardine. Even if he finds a well behaved woman if he doesnt solve his commitment issue 1st, will the r/ship work. Commitment issue is a personal journey, he alone can fix himself and it starts by opening up on things he fear the most. |

Fujiyama: ^^^ Don't get this wrong.
The toke makinwas of this world will always be there. But Nigerians didn't elect her to do anything for them. The people who really owe Nigerians something are those who are 'bankrolling' toke and her group. It is those people that we should all focus on.
I hope it is clear.
^^^ Again I say, get the facts right.
I'm not mocking you or trying to rub anything in. The economy affects me too - I go to the market like everyone else. The only people I have strong words for are those people who (despite all warnings) supported BAT's rise to power - and I don't know if you fall into that category. I haven't checked your posting history.
When I say buckle up - its a general call and it includes me too. Nigerians could have avoided all this but we closed our eyes.
This is the result. There is something called " Review" .. for years even before i was born, Nigerians have being cursing and criticizing the politicians bUt what as changed You are chanting the focus should be in the Politician, have you ask yourself when was the "phocus" off the politicians. We can't keep doing the same thing and keep expecting the same result, cursing, reactions and criticising day in day out seem not to be working or what other evidence do we need With the way politics is setup in Nigeria, trust me even if we have voted for Atiku or Peter Obi it would have being business as usual cos history as proven all politicians are the same. Check all the countries that are doing fine, you will find there citizens making intentional efforts and there priority is national interest BUT in Nigeria we celebrate and worship politicians tew much, its shameful. Now imagine a friend that is always running to you for urgent 2k & help wants to correct you or sensitize you is it not funny |

• Did I deny that OP's problem isn't "clearly a commitment issue?"
I also don't care for your reasons why you think commitment issues are a thing.
The part of the OP's narration I quoted said that he has commitment issues because of things he has heard from men, online AND offline. And that they made his experience worse.
• He's a self-confessed redpiller and an "ashawo man," so yes, swallowing things he read on Nairaland is partly responsible for his woes now. I never said NL is the main or sole source of his problems(s).
And finally, I generalized that comment you quoted. I was speaking in reference to the other instances of threads I've seen by NL guys, complaining on how the redpill is hindering them in some way or how it's pushing them to treating their girlfriends badly. I have not even propose, you don they claim "engaged" o ga oo ! Toke Makinwa owes Nigerians nothing really. Nigerians may disapprove of her actions on some moral grounds but she isn't the one holding public office in trust. The ire of Nigerians should be targeted at those who bear titles like "your excellency" ...and who think the public purse is theirs to use as they please.
Nigerians were warned about BAT but as usual, they didn't listen. We can expect more of this mid-November madness to extend well into 2024 and the years beyond.

Magnoliaa: Everytime I see you people coming up with hypothetical scenarios of how feminists are this and that, and how they brainwash and lie to young women and destroy marriages and shxt, I just laugh. 😂
If there is anybody doing any destruction and damages, to relationships, to men's psyches, to family life, it is y'all. Because the average guy is patriarchal in nature. He grew up hearing, "You're a boy. You're a man. Do this. Don't ever do this," and so he's more malleable to misogynistic preaching. Redpill only waters a seed that is already there to flowering.
But for women? Most of them are naturally aversed to feminism.
It is you people doing the 'recruitment' and it is spilling into real life. From Sneako to Andrew Tate. I have never heard or seen a young girl of 10, 11, 13, 14, 15 say "men are scum," or "men are potential rapists" or "broke boys deserve no pùssies" but aimoye "women are beeches and slxts" I've heard young boys say. "I am a boy, I don't have to do this. Only girls do this."
Serial, mass shooting incels, too, are not left out.
Then on this forum, not one, not two, not three, not even more than five topics have I not seen about men complaining of how Nairaland is affecting their real life relationships.
Yet I have not seen a woman come here to create a topic that what women like me and others say is negatively impacting her relationship. E nor dey happen.
You bring your matter come platform that is partly responsible for your woes. I am sure you will get a better, quality advice than the used to give before. 🤣🤣
Just dey play o. Calm down miss pepeye ... you can keep hallucinating for all i care BUt OP problem is clearly a commitment issue Some day you will grow up to understand that "Commitment issue" is a personal glitch that stems from "experience" and not peer pressure or influence Perhaps what he saw & read on NL corroborated is mindset but NL is definitely not the source of his problem. Kepukepu: Reno is just chasing clout and he always feels like massaging the ego of the Yorubas will make him popular and also making his opinon loud hour certain issues makes him look smart.
How can you people even argue with someone that is obviously argumentative, incorrigible and always sciolistic on every topic. Have you ever seen Reno admit that his wrong? So why argue with him sine he thinks that he knows all?
Reno is obviously suffering from a psychological problem called Dunning Kruger syndrome, he's showing all the symptoms. These set of people always have this need to establish their opinon as the ultimate on every topic. They have superficial knowledge about these topics but they usually do not know that they don't know enough to be able to contribute to the topic.
Those people that argue with him are making him relevant. How can you even argue with such an unstable person who campaigned for Atiku and Tinubu at the same time 🤣. All for chasing clout.
His post this morning was even more ridiculous, he couldn't even grasp the difference between spoilt milk and yogurt. I just ignored him, if you try to correct him, he turns it to an unending argument because he's a sciolist. He often make quotes from flawed logic and scenarios like this that I ignore.
You guys should learn to ignore the cretin IF character assassination is what you bank on to save face then you aint serious, instead of beating around the bush why no simply counter Reno with the truth, that is even if you have any Character does not negate fact nor can it discredit the truth. If people should ignore Reno that drops insightful Facts, are they suppose to embrace Lai mohammed or him tu lie |

Anybody with a working brain knows that local production goes up thousandfolds during wartime while imports drop = more GDP. Factories producing machinery, fuel, equipment etc needed for war usually experience maximum output during wartime.
It has nothing to do with who's fighting. If Ghana goes to war against Togo today, their local manufacturing will go up and imports will be non existent.
He even mentioned the increase in local manufacturing in his drivel but doesn't know its implication. Chai. Are you insinuating local production is on the rise in Gaza, and properly ukraine is enjoying high GDP at this time. If Nigeria go to war, Our dead refineries will start working bah

djon78: You are the one seeing things from myopic lens
And I believe your type of mindset is why Africa is underdeveloped
Where there is no rule of law and lawlessness The society is totally messed up
Take Western countries They don't play with the rule of law Nobody is above the law in there society So everyone behaves well
Take driving for example If Nigerians drive the way they do here say in the UK or US They will be fined and even go to jail
Likewise like battery or abuse If you fight someone or odinary slap someone in the UK or US You are going to jail
Rule and Respect of law discourages crime
If the government doesn't do it's work The criminals will take over
That's how it's done in working societies And that's one major reason Nigeria is underdeveloped and backward
Because everyone does whatever they want to do without fear of the law i swear i don't wear glasses, however what you know is micro to what you don't know Laws are sancrosanct to curb crimes but what you need to understand is that laws are mere written words that greatly depend on human efforts ... laws won't enforce itself, it needs enforce agents and law enforce agents rely on information & intel that can only come from the people. Which is why i said, it takes collective effort from the Govt, to law officers to citizens to judiciary to curb crime. I ask again, IF boko haram relocate to Anambra how long will there operation last and why |

djon78: Apple are more expensive Samsung and redmi because they used product differentiation strategy in there marketing tools
Whereby they differentiated there products using quality still putting a premium price on them
That's have been Steve Jobs way with Apple products even before his demise
They differentiated everything from there charger to software to even sharing Data
While Samsung, Redmi and most other phones use same software Android, same mode of transfer etc
Coming to drug quality
Price is a very big determinant in purchasing drugs
There are drugs cheaper that even doctors prescribe to patients of which many multinationals drug manufacturers own brand are more expensive
This one are drugs prescribed by doctors and consultants
So the Consumers go for the cheaper ones according to there pocket
For an Economy like Nigeria Price is very important to the sales of products So people go for cheaper alternatives
That's how Nigeria works
Example car purchase
Nigerians can't afford brand new cars so go for second hand
While Americans go for brand new cars The US used to have highest market share in brand new car sales
I remember when I was in business school they had highest market share China later passed them for a year or two for highest market share sales of brand new cars
Just checked Data
US had sales of 11.3 million light vehicles in 2022 China had sales of 23.6 million vehicles both light, SUV and truck
While 65million brand new vehicles were manufactured globally in 2022
Car brands
Toyota had highest 11% market share of car sales globally Volkswagen came second with 6% market share of sales globally Oops its now product differentiation, you are just leaking all over the place Iphones are more expensive than other brands becos Apple made no compromise on quality or models. Apple has its own class and as a consumer you either fit in or crop out. blackberry and nokia had a unique OS, which is also product differentiation but how did it pan out, certainly there is more to it When it comes to Drugs "Doctor prescription is the major determinant NOT purchasing power" when my late father was in ICU there are drugs that come from one brand, its only when options exit purchasing power can work. A patient will buy what doctor prescribes you can only ration it on scale of preference not the cheapest ones as you put it. Need i remind you china has a bigger population than US, bigger population denote bigger market, its shouldnt come as a shock if china records more sales. China have wide ranges of cars they produce locally and there are levies and policies to discourage foreign taste, moreover vast population of china are commited & loyal to local brands. mind you toyota is a japanese car |

djon78: You are not getting it
If government doesn't do it's work
The bad guys will roam the whole place
If you don't fight evil standstill Evil will take preminence
Look at the US for example
Law enforcement agencies like drug nacrotics, DEA, FBI, etc work day and night to fight drug proliferation and snuggle in the US
But still streets of the US are flooded daily with drugs despite all the work they do
They don't allow the bad guys to gain advantage So they fight them to standstill
Look at nafdac Only late Prof Dora Akunyili fought fake drugs to standstill
Since she left the place That agency has not been doing anything Are you on glasses or why do see things from myopic lens, the truth is govt can't change people that are not even ready to change, Govt can't do it alone, we must make collective effort. The reason why IPOB thrive in south east is becos people there cover them up, miltants thrive in SS becos the locals provide cover .... but bring miltant and Ipob to South west and see if they will last One month Narcos thrive in US becos americans are the biggest consumers all time, despite the effort FBI, DEA and Govt drug trafficking rises in america becos the citizens are accomplices ... its like trying to seperate garri mixed with sand. djon78: Lol you don talk according to your understanding of things
When introducing products into a market The number one priority for Companies is the purchasing power of the consumers
Due to bad Economic policies from APC since they took over Government in 2015
Purchasing power of Nigerians have gone to the barest low
That's why many middle class are relocating overseas to where the Economies are better managed
Because of low purchasing power
Many multinationals can't compete in the market
Because people will go to cheaper products the one there money can afford
That's the practice all over the world
China is the second biggest Economy in the world because they produce cheaper products
That's there advantage over the West countries
Take US for example, many American companies lost competitively many Chinese manufacturers
So most US based Companies outsource there manufacturing to China to compete
Apple iPhone for example is manufactured in China by Chinese based company Foxcon
Apple can't do that in the US to have a good competitive price for there products
So your analogy of what you stated has no business Sense
Business are not run that way
Price competition is number one factor in sales and profit of a business and it's product
Even Apple the biggest Company globally by market capitalization uses same strategy for there products If you ever set out to make a proper analyse, don't look from one angle instead you view from broad spectrum and factor in reality. From a broad spectrum purchasing power is just one out of many considerations a producer or manufacturer have on her list however not all product bows to economic or purchasing power. Nigeria didnt begin in 2015, idris abdulkareem sang Nigeria jaga jaga before most Peter Obi supporters know there left from right, roger that China produces base on Spec and order, what you order qualitywise is what they give you and that is what gave rise to market infiltrations, Nigeria Market is hijacked by IMporters/Middlemen they run like an organised cartel to dominate the market and Manipulate "Prices". Its debateable, but the truth is Apple is not in any competition considering the usage and loyalty in US .. however most iphones are assembled in china becos of professionalism & cheap labour, regardless Iphones are more expensive than Samsung or Redmi in US. Not all cheap product are fake but all fake products are cheap, Now lets not Forget the thread is about Fake and couterfeit products .. should will be talking of Price. uche chemist will sell chalk for you the same price as genuine M&B paracetamol that is the wickedness we are talking about |

His aims and objectives are unknown. https://www.thecable.ng/explainer-heres-why-gsk-is-leaving-nigeria-after-51-years/amp You are the one being unreasonable, "unfair Competition" is what drove glaxosmith out of Nigeria which corroborates your link if analyse properly India and china are mainly the sources importers get pharmaceutical products, unfortunately these same sources are where Fake drugs are ordered from, Moreover the quantity of imported fake drugs ordered from indian and china outweighs the genuine drugs imported .. Reno is very much in line Prices of fake or inferior drugs are relatively cheap and thats what makes the "Competition unfair" for brands that can't compromsie standard, imitation and adulteration is another factor that makes the competition unfair, original product are adulterated and sold in place of the authentic product, people think they are buying glaxo drug but the money is going to one selfish criminal mixing chalk. Local manufacturers are not much of a threat to a brand like glaxosmith, compared to the damage effect adulteration & importation of fake drugs effect had on them. |

Rather you buy plug for 800 naira Yes i can buy and that as got nothing do with my status, ... one main distraction consumers have in common is "OPTIONS" IF i know the whole spark plug in ladipo cost $6 without any cheap one anywhere, i will either buy or wait till i can afford it Importers are main problem , they want to make quick money instantly and overtime, that cheap plug you bought for #800 will probably last one month on daily use but the original spark plug can last as long as 8month, on the long run most Nigeria consumers are penny wise pound foolish. On the long run it cost more to settle for fake/inferior items, it more profitable for a seller when a consumer buys fake and come back for replacement often than those that wil buy original and won't show up in the market for long |

Queengee: Na because obasanjo has money to buy ordinary chicken for 25k he open mouth waaaa dey yarn dust. They should open the border for foods to come into Nigeria. Local productions is not helping, Nigerians are greedy bastards that like inflicting prices at slightest opportunities. Our only saving grace is food importation from neighbouring country's. Our farmers can go to hell with their food. How can I be using all my 250k salary only on foods. Na only foods I come this life come chop? I no go buid house?; I taya oooo !! the amount that goes into food alone naa only prayer warriors wey dey fast for 70days no go fit relate |
Politics › Re: Cost Of Living In Nigeria Is Cheaper Than UK Or US by reddingtonblack: 9:21am On Dec 04, 2023 |
psalmsjob: Because I'm on a higher ground let me just ignore your supposed insults and cut to the case
In London which houses are more readily available (vacant) those of £700 or £1,480 How far off to city center are the vacant houses of £700??
A house of £700 a month in Nigeria will sound stupid to a worker earning #30,000 per month but pays his own house rent on yearly basis not monthly that the Bobo Londoner has to pay N700,000 per month out of his basic £1,600 per month which is about 44% of the salary whereas a similar house of a 2-room self con in same type of location in Nigeria will cost about 34% of N30,000 over a 12-month period.
We have not factored transportation into the salary yet oh...
Those workers in Nigeria that work on Saturdays earn more than the minimum wage for doing just that working overtime but Bobo Londoner will still get only his £10 for those self-imposed or sapa-imposed weekend and overtime works
Why will a £10 an hour worker in London buy a cartoon of chicken can he afford it? I ask you bobo londoner friend
Let's be objective about our country we are indeed lucky to be here break yourself from the yoke of abroad is better....Nigeria is more affordable to live in than UK....I talk ham again with facts You are just arguing like a lame man in the bush, you need to understand to each currency its own economy cos onces a Nigerian here Euro or dollar they rush to punch calculator and start using the Naira value to hallucinate, it doesnt work like that. In europe £700 is below the minimum wage (monthly) and it can get you an accomodation in europe bUt In Nigeria 30k minimum wage if accumulated in a year (120k) can't get a self contain anywhere today. You are just arguing blindly, in Nigeria workers are paid monthly not hourly/days .. however just very few multi national companies pay for overtime in Nigeria. A carton of chicken cost 35k in Nigeria which is convertibly less than £30. i.e with a 3hr work in europe he can buy a carton but thats even too much for a person living alone. Lets me sensitize your ignorant ass again, stop using our valueless Naira to juxatpose gibberish, Under europe ecomomic, the lowest worker will easily make £700 in less than 10days that can sort a studio apartment comfortably and have grace to "Save" the most fascinating part is you have the super privilege to augument your income esp when you have a budget/benchmark, just simply put in for more hours or work extra job shift In Nigeria economy "Savings" have being alienated, someone earning 30k can't have a savings that can pay any house rent in these present Nigeria. yesterday it cost me over 2k to eat bread, egg, sausage and tea minus dinner, imagine common bread Better keep quiet |
