@lolarde, the joy of the lord is your strength, however I will advise you to seek second and third opinion before opting out for IVF. Fibroids can be remover surgically and perifrimbrial adhesion by laparoscopy, it can even be corrected during myomectomy after all your tubes are patent.
My opinion though, sabi mamas will contribute when they come online.
