The old baboon spewing trash again.

It is gradually dawning on the northern feudal cabal that separation is inevitable; hence they are scurrying out of their holes and panicking for a solution. Dont bother yourself Alhaji. It is only a matter of time.

Prepare to pack and go your way! We the southerners dont want again. Is it by force?

After reading nonsense from a useless blog you'll come here to write as if you were there. Am sure your mother has not even given birth to your immediate senior in 1982 not to talk of you. This is the mentality of yours is what makes you a slave for ever.
In 1982 I was in primary 3. I am your egbon.

More to the point, it doesnt matter where I got myinformation from(and they are not, as you put it, from a blog).
Question is: are the points true or not?
PoliticsRe: Nigeria Must Rise Up,a Must Read by redsceptic:
A cogent and well articulated essay. I agree with you on all points except for the remedy.

There is no Nigerian leader visible in the political space who can deliver Nigeria from her travails. Not a timid Jonathan; not Buhari the incompetent, not Obasanjo the sly; not the corrupt Atiku. Even among the second tier of leaders there is no one worthy: not El-Rufai a lying machiavelan, nor Fashola nor Kwakwanso, nor Amaechi. Oshiomole is a hypocrite, Peter Obi is a non-starter; Okorocha is a joke. Saraki is a venal thief ... and so on.

Whence then shall our salvation come?

Only the youth, those below 50, strong, vibrant and determined can take back and Nigeria. They are the only hope. But they are unprepared, untutored, unwilling, weak, timid and lacking in resolve and vision. Hence, the future is not bright.

An accurate summary which I wholly support.

Let me add this with respect to Obama: I strongly suspect Barack Obama is a closet muslim and certainly a supporter of militant jihadism.
Look carefully at his policies and actions:
1.Allowing ISIS to thrive
2. Supporting jihadists in Syria
3 killing Ghadaffi and setting the stage for jihadi take-over of Libya
4.Opposing GEJ (who was a corrupt and ineffectual fool anyway) but instead of shopping for a moderate replacement placing in power another jihadist (Buhari) in power.

You fail to see the larger picture sir. Buhari has shot himself in the foot. At this stage, it is irrelevant whether they are guilty or not. What will be contested is the circumstances, legality and motivation for their arrest. The legal profession will rally around its own; the FG's case is already lost.

Bubu the dullard cannot turn Nigeria into Turkey.

Wow. From the comments it's obvious you southerners really do have so much hatred for the North. Just wow smiley

Careful not to choke on the hate though
My brother nobody has hatred for the north. Many many northerners are good people, kind and hospitable. The land is fertile and food is cheap. The roads are wonderful, crime is very low in certain areas. Northerners are not motivated by greed. The women in some cases are celestially beautiful.

But.

North is a ticking time bomb. It has the highest rates of AIDS, TB, and both infant and maternal mortality. IT boasts 10 million homeless children called almajiris.
The leaders are more interested in rulership than development. The poor people are brainwashed and live in the stone-age. They are mobilized to mob violence by a simple reference to Islam. They kill people by beheading for tearing a piece of paper.
The Nigerian north is akin to Pakistan, Afghanistan or Bangladesh
Trouble is brewing and that is why we want separation.
PoliticsRe: 5 Lies Everyone Tells You About Northern Nigeria by redsceptic: 5:53pm On Oct 06, 2016
GBTYO:
If you have never set your foot in the north then I suggest you don't post on this thread.

My job has taken me to 5 core northern states ; Sokoto, Kano, Katsina, Yobe and Jigawa. I have also been to fringe states like Bauchi, Gombe, Kaduna, Adamawa and Niger and I can tell you authoratively that the north is a sh1thole waiting to explode.

Fringe states like Bauchi, Kaduna, Minna and Gombe are highly volatile because of the sizeable indigenous Christian population.

The Christians live in absolute subjugation under the Hausa Fulani moslem ummah.

Education is totally haram except for the elite and children of civil servants.

Fridays are volatile where Christians keep their movements minimal or restricted from city centres and or into moslem dominated neighbourhoods.

You will stand out like a red neck lizard if you are dressed in kafuri attire.

Unlike in the south where your pocket determines where you can rent or build a house, the north is segregated along sectarian lines.

Vice such as drug abuse, alcoholism, adultery fornication , prostituti0n and sodomy are widespread and the level of hypocrisy stinks.

Widespread desperate poverty greets you everywhere you go from the highbrow residential areas to the walled off Kofar Dorbar districts.

Religion in the form of islam is more like a vice cult than a spiritual movement.

I always heave a heavy sigh when my assignments are through in the north.
I came here to make a long post but when I saw your write-up I decided not to. You have said all there is to say.
Nowhere in Nigeria did I see social segregation like Kano. The stupendously rich routinely lording it over the wretched poor. Has it ever struck you, the irony of the fact that Dangote, the richest man in Africa (and others like him) ignores poverty and disease in the north and it takes a Bill Gates to come from America to tackle polio?
The north will end up with violent revolution and blood letting that will pit the illiterate poor disenfranchised against the rich feudalists. Boko haram is just the beginning. This is not a curse. It is a prediction based on dispassionate analysis.

Lies against the north indeed.

Gbanjo judges of Nigeria's Supreme Court..... how about sections of the law requiring a candidate to be a validly registered voter before he can be voted for? How about the requirement that a candidate should be a currently registerd member of a party before they can be accepted for nomination on a ticket?

Kekere-ekun's husband is the boy boy of the man who is sponsored Yahaya Bello..... so it should add up for any discerning mind.
There was a time Nigeria's supreme court had men and women of integrity..... Now however, the court has this set of judges together with the Odilis of this world.... and they were all appointed to the court by "the man of integrity called GEJ". Does anyone needs further explanation? I don't think so.
Nigeria has gone to the dogs.

The judgement is legalized theft. It attempts to frame the deputy candidate as an interloper and imposter when in fact his sole legal purpose for existence is to keep alive the mandate when the candidate is incapacitated or deceased.

Rubbish country

PoliticsRe: 6 Areas Buhari Is Searching For Oil In Nigeria (LIST) by redsceptic: 2:03pm On Aug 27, 2016
I am ashamed of this dunce called Buhari. Who advises him? In 2016 he is still looking for oil when the world is moving away from fossil fuels.
Ways to generate revenue:
1. Information technology. Estimated income generated 4-8 billion dollars /year. India sells software worth 15 billion every year.
2. Modern Cattle ranching 1 billion dollars per year. You may want to look into the Brazilian and Argentinian economies.
3. Gas production. Resolve issues with the Niger Delta indigenes. swallow your inordinate pride. Gas reserves alone will power electricity generation and allow production of fertilizers, plastics and pharmaceuticals and remain for export. this can generate up to 35 billion dollars per year.
4. Education. Unleash the dynamic potential in Nigeria by investing massively in Education. Invite back home foreign based phD's and master degree holders. Employ expatriates to augment the local stock of teachers. Estimated income generated 100 billion in 15 years[b/]
5. Agric value chain. Nigeria can export cashew, peanut butter, chocolate, soap, starch, pineapple juice and flakes, salad items, pork, chicken, fish, bananas, plantain, yam powder, palm wine, coconut juice. This can generate up to [b] 20 billion dollars in the next one or two decades
6. Solar power
7. Medical tourism. Nigerian doctors Nurses and health workers populate hospitals in the USA, GB, Australia, South Africa and Caribbean. The number of doctors and nurses in Baltimore for instance is embarrassing. Try and get these people home to start modern health centers. In the whole of Africa except for South Africa there is no Level 1 trauma center. We can generate up to [b] 1 billion dollars a year

8.Nollywood and Kannywood
...and many others.

Someone should please tell this illiterate mugu mallam to stop wasting money looking for oil. The problem is not lack of hydrocarbon resources. It it is poor management and predatory rulers especially those from the north. I regret supporting this fool in 2015.

You are bold enough to come on this forum to spew trash? Infidelshuh Who is the infidel amongst us? Who does not know God? Is it the iiliterate region with 10 million almajiris, highest HIV rates in Nigeria, life expectancy less than 40 years, with 40 million people living on less than a dollar a day? The average woman in kebbi, zamfara and yobe has 7.7 children. You cannot boast of as many graduates in the entire north as you have in Lagos ,Oyo and Edo. Your rulers are paedophiles, your governors are kleptomaniacs. Southern governors steal but at least they generate the money they steal; you are parasites. Every Northern Head of State- Tafawa Balewa, Gowon, Shagari, Buhari, IBB, Abacha, YarAdua has being a failure in government. Your region hosts Islamic terrorists, blood sucking primitive herdsmen and tuberculous almajiris.

So where is your God? If God were with you would you be so cursed?

Shut up your dirty mouth and go to school. I blame GEJ who did not divide Nigeria when he had the chance.

I had to come out from the shadows to make a contribution here!

I never knew there were so many intelligent and enlightened people on this forum who could make a contribution to any post not involving the consumption of reptiles or the bare breasts of a local celebrity!!

The man in question is an original thinker and originality is frowned upon in Nigeria and Africa. I was born a catholic but presently don hold a view one way or the other. God may or may not exist (although I think 'he' does) but even if he is a being, we are certainly not capable of understanding him and he is not to be interpreted in the rituals of man.

Many people have raised points which I find interesting and very educative I suggest you go through the posts and read them
How many times did Jesus ask for tithes in the bible? LOL and how do you justify one idiot owning FOUR!!! private jets??.

I never really thought people paid up their incomes to their pastors until I saw a lady at the bank give up 10% of her income at the cashiers table. I was shocked! Why not give the money to a relative in need? to an orphan? to a sick person in hospital? These are more christian applications of wealth.

The bible frowns on adultery and divorce but today in Nigeria the pastors of some of the largest congregations are are divorcees and philanders. Yet their zombie followers brush the evidence aside and prefer to bury their noses in the sand.

One bearded conman was responsible for the death of scores of worshipers when his poorly built hotel collapsed and he attempted to cover up the incident. Yet people refused to see this as a sign from God. If God were truly in that church would he allow such a calamity befall them?

[q]Last week his elder brother had a heart attack(we live in the same estate), while his brother's wife and family were praying for him, my husband who is a doctor came and told them to shut up and allow him do what he can, he said instead of wasting their time praying to an imaginary God they should go and get the car ready to take him to the hospital because taking him to the hospital is what will save his life not some empty prayers to an imaginary God[/q]

I am a doctor and much as I hate to say this, many Nigerians are stupid. A man had a heart attack and people were praying?? They were ensuring that the man would die.
In medicine we say 'time is muscle'. Every second that lapses without intervention leads to an increased risk of irreversible damage. In fact, in western nations the time to intervention is measured, and any practitioner who does not fall within the window risks litigation. If we spent as much time studying as we do praying the nation would be a better place.

Madam respect your husbands beliefs and he will respect you.

PoliticsRe: Deregulation: Petrol Consumption Falls By 30%, Says FG by redsceptic: 12:00pm On Jul 09, 2016
mistasameer:
Actually it doesn't affect GDP in the way which you have portrayed. Gross Domestic Product roughly explained is a measure of the monetary total exports of all goods and the services by a country in a given fiscal year. The drop will better be explained by the fact that since deregulation, it has become less/marginally profitable for profiteers who would usually smuggle fuel already subsidized to "neighboring" countries to sell.
Energy consumption is a measure of economic activity and growth => GDP. Smuggling alone cannot explain the drop of 30%. Face it Nigeria is in recession and the naira is almost garbage.
