PoliticsRe: Vote Buying: Ribadu Asks Court To Nullify Binani’s Victory by Reflect7: 8:03pm On Jun 20, 2022
Vote buying is rampant now because of the IMPROVEMENTS in voting technology courtesy of INEC, which makes it virtually impossible to rig elections in the old way, leaving some desperate politicians with no option but to buy votes.

Once the courts and the EFCC clamp down on THAT, the corrupt politicians are done.

Amenhotep III name meaning "Amun is Satisfied", also known as Amenhotep the Magnificent or Amenhotep the Great, was the ninth pharaoh of the Eighteenth Dynasty. According to different authors, he ruled Egypt circa 1350 BC.

''His reign was a period of unprecedented prosperity and splendour, when Egypt reached the peak of its artistic and international power..'' according to Wikipedia.

Peter Obi recently toured Egypt in his mission to assume the presidential mantle.

Is he the reincarnation of this magnificent African king of antiquity?

They certainly share the looks.

Obi/Kwankwaso Ticket IS The Next Big News!

It Appears Kwankwaso Has Agreed To Be VP.

Talks with Kwankwaso’ll lead to Nigeria’s rebirth – Peter Obi’s aide

The Chairman of the Peter Obi Support Network, Marcel Ngogbehei, has said that the ongoing talks between the presidential candidates of Labour Party, Peter Obi, and his New Nigeria Peoples Party counterpart, Rabiu Kwankwaso, has a move to give Nigeria a rebirth.

Ngogbehei added that talks between the two presidential aspirants are yielding fruitful results so far.

He said the move will be the best political news in Nigeria since the country’s independence.

In a statement made available to our correspondent in Awka on Saturday, Ngogbehei said the feedback from the committee charged with the responsibility is encouraging and assured Nigerians that very soon, the long awaited rebirth will happen.

He said, “We are delighted with the success so far recorded in the ongoing talks between our principal, Mr Peter Obi and Dr Rabiu Kwankwaso on our hand and the Labour Party and the New Nigeria Peoples Party on the other hand.

“The reports we are getting from the committee charged with the responsibility to carry out this discussion are encouraging, and we want to assure Nigerians that the long awaited rebirth of our great nation is almost here with us.

“Let’s hold our breaths, before the window for substitution of candidates is closed, we are certain that the remaining grey areas would have been sorted out and Nigerians will be greeted with the best political news since independence.”

LATEST NEWS REPORTS:

''...Despite the huge support Peter Obi is getting mostly from the youths, political analysts have noted that his lack of ‘structure’ may work against him at the polls.

Obi, however, believes that millions of Nigerians who have lost hope in the two leading political parties will elect him to lead them.

“Whenever I hear of NO STRUCTURE, my answer to it is simple; the 100 million Nigerians that live in poverty will be the structure. The 35 million Nigerians who don’t know where their next meal is coming from will be the structure.

“The elderly, our mothers, fathers, and the old ones dying or being owed gratuity/pension will be the structure. ASUU; the lecturers that are being owed, and the students who are not in school will be the structure.''

“We’ll create the structure, and they’ll see what the structure is all about. The structure is about human beings,” the Labour Party candidate said in a series of tweets on Sunday.''

I am not partisan in Nigeria politics neither am I a Igbo hater and I am Igbo. I came across a post on twitter by a Yoruba commentator about Peter Obi which sparked anger in me. The tweet goes like this:

Peter Obi claimed to have developed Anambra to global standard, so why is he living in Tinubu's Lagos, while the other one is a resident of Dubai ?

Peter Obi should be ashamed of himself likewise other One Nigeria Igbos who chose the easy way rather than striving sacrificially for the truth. The truth, which is Biafra and if that is too explicit for them, how about True Federalism and Restructuring of this nation. To ensure that every region can develop economically at it's own pace, maintain territorial and cultural integrity and provide adequate political representation to it's people.

Peter Obi has never acted as a representative of these issues which forms the popular opinion and priority topic of the masses in his region yet he is running around to become Nigeria's President to represent others. What logic is that ? What does he even own in Anambra talk less of South-East. Charity begins at home. For how long will you labor in another person's farm ?

him and his like are busy investing, residing and working in other people's lands while home base is to come and 'shayo' and build in house for December. Go to Abuja and see their children everywhere, gallivanting like indigenes with no sense of acculturation to their identity. The day push comes to shove, I pray you don't loose more than you can recover. It has happened before, so it won't be a strange reoccurrence and the tide is rising again.

Peter Obi's eventual loss in 2023, will awaken you lots to the reality of Nigeria. When they finish fanning the embers of his dream online, they will wake him up with the hard knock at the polls.
Look beyond Nigeria, Biafra is calling.
THIS YOUR BIAFRA RUBBISH HAS LOST RELEVANCE.

WE ALL KNOW NOW THAT THE REAL PROBLEM OF IGBOS IS NOT MARGINALISATION, BUT LACK OF INTERNAL POLITICAL UNITY AND COHERENCE, AS VIVIDLY SHOWN IN THESE 2023 PRIMARIES.

AND THEN..

IPOB AND ITS ANTI-DEMOCRATIC, AUTHORITARIAN, BRUTAL, MURDEROUS DICTATORSHIP IS A CLEAR POINTER TO THE FACT THAT 'BIAFRA' WOULD BE RUN BY VANDALS, AND BE A FAILURE, AND JUST ANOTHER FAILED BANANA REPUBLIC.

BUT IF YOU INSIST ON RETREATING INTO YOUR LITTLE LANDLOCKED DOT IN A CIRCLE, COMPLETE WITH ALL 11 MILLION IGBO DEPORTEES FROM THE NORTH, AND 12 MILLION FROM THE REST OF NIGERIA, NOBODY WILL STOP YOU. BE OUR GUESTS.

Biden wants to take away guns from the gun-loving americans.

So they are most probably setting up the stage in the usual fashion they normally use in getting the things they want done.

Which, according to David Icke, is Problem ----- Action ----- Solution.

In the simplest form of explanation, these so called Elites will first of all, purposely create a problem ... like this mass shootings going on now in the US.

Then people will start reacting and calling for something to be done. That's Action.

Then the government will step in and tell people to give up their guns.

Which is exactly what the Elites want now.

Now, getting people to go and commit these mass shooting is not all that difficult because like you said, there are so many psychos in that their USA.
Actually it's called Problem - Reaction - Solution, according to Icke, and it is an Illuminati tactic used all over the world by powerful members of that cult, including national govts.

It operates by them desiring a certain outcome, say a police state or martial law. To achieve that outcome, they cannot implement it directly, as it would meet public opposition. So they create a 'problem'. This 'problem' will lead to a public reaction in which the public demands that 'something must be done' to resolve the problem. Following which the authorities implement the 'solution' or outcome they'd desired all along.

Is it Rocha's okoroawusa that messed up imo state in his tenure including betraying his fellow Igbo brothers for his selfish interest which almost tore APC in Imo state apart?
Or who else is a strong contender with a relatively bright portfolio?
Truth is Igbos can not only vote tribe based on sentiment but also on competency and wide outreach, and I can say that only Peter obi Hicks these parameters
Obi is a strong candidate for sure.

He would have gone (and could still go) further with more enlightened, sophisticated backing from his 'kinsmen'.

You just wake up to talk nonsense. Does the trend not show u that the Igbo don't think in the line of tribe. Nepotism and tribalism has been the issue of Nigeria.

If I'm Igbo and I believe my Igbo brother (e.g Rochas) will not be capable to lead, why vote him? Shld I vote him cos he is Igbo.

Look at Peter Obi speeches and mind set. Does he sound tribalistic. It tells u the mindset of a typical Igbo man. Let the best come forward and rule irrespective of tribe.......Look at where Buhari tribalistic tendencies landed Nigeria. Putting dull people in positions just because they are northerns. This is exactly what may happen with Tinubu and Nigeria remains where it is.

Think deep before you talk next time!
Don't complain of marginalization if you will only consider ''the best'' from your region for the presidency.

The 'best' person rarely emerges from ANY region to win the presidential primaries or presidency in any country.

Was Buhari the 'best' the north had to offer? Nope.

Neither is Tinubu anywhere near the 'best' from the south west.

You MUST be versatile and flexible enough, if circumstances dictate, to push for your '2nd best' and even your '20th best' IF you are serious about grabbing the presidency for your region.

PoliticsThis 2023 Election Has BUSTED The MYTH Of Igbo Marginalisation by Reflect7(op):
This 2023 election cycle has EXPOSED the myth of Igbo political marginalisation in Nigeria.

From the PDP primaries, where, out of 100+ south-eastern delegates, only 13 voted for a south-eastern candidate, to the Labour Party, seen heretofore as the last, safe refuge of progressive Igbo candidate and rising political force, Peter Obi, and now torn apart by the rise of three 'factions' each with its own Igbo presidential candidate!

At the APC primaries, the SE had over 200 delegates, yet the SE candidates received less than 50 votes in total.

The problem of the south-east is simply that the egos of their elite are so narrow and personalised as to be unable to comprehend or work for a wider ethnic, much less national interest.

And you know, I keep thinking, it is probably just as well that Igbos are part of Nigeria, because the way I'm seeing them, IF they actually formed a country of their own, it would be worse than Somalia, as there would be so many factions and warlords, with none ever agreeing to concede power to their fellow 'rivals' in the ethnicity.
