SC will upturn this judgement, any politician that because of this decamp is doing so at his or her own peril......INEC has regulatory powers given to it by the constitution.......its funny how those in support of this agree the courts can meddle in INec'd regulatory powers while the same courts cant meddle in party infractions on Inec's powers and the fundamental rights of their members.

The Constitution gives INEC powers to make guidelines and regulations. However, these guidelines and regulations must be congruous with the Constitution. The section of the Electoral Act 2026 that technically bars decamping during party primaries is incongruous with the Constitution.Thus is because, the constitution guarantees freedom of association.

The bank Tellers who under pay or under credit their customers are also included in this corruption. The Pastors who fake miracles are also involved in this corruption. Moral decadence was prevalent in the land of Sodom and Gomorrah, but Lot two daughters were never part of the rotten system, despite the fact that they were living there. There are still some Nigerians who vowed never to be part of the filthy system.

This man has facts and figures to his chest. He is freely going about and granting radio and TV interviews. I know they will dare not arrest him.
