This is not entirely true. The CBN governor has a statutory right to block your account under the CBN law. Even the President can make an "proclamation" for same.

I watched the election debate and how APC decided to field a candidate like Ubah beats me. That man is too slow to lead a State. When Soludo accused him of orchestrating the Ngige's abduction the look on his face was it for me.
