I actually planned on posting this here, after I got all the bashing about me been stubborn and all I decided to take step further because I know no one really understand your situation, this is just an online space. I strolled to Canadavisa and other canadian platforms and I got all the answers I got, I even went as far as asking ircc on twitter. I had already submitted my application befre twitter replied me on the 4th of March and I was even more excited. To all of u dat bashed me, thank u o, you people have me the courage to do more research on my predicament cs some things are not just simple in this life... People may not understand especially when they are not in your shoes. Bottom line: do more research especially in this journey. It is well!!

We had the same challenge as you. We simply got the statement of account and I signed a letter to show that my spouse has free and unfettered access to the account for the purpose of immigration. This was in early 2019 and we've received ppr. I don't know if this method is still acceptable now.

I am at d verge of submission but my statement of account to show my salary only shows for Nov to Dec... The pdf copy to be precise.. I requested for a printed one showing my Jan salary.
Please i want to know if what I did is right
I scanned the first page of the printed statement highlighting my Jan salary and attached it to the pdf copy highlighting my Dec and Nov salary.. I dint bother adding the extra two pages of the printed copy since it doesn't contain the needed information..

P.s I am submitting three months salary statement, payslips for 3months, Reference letter, employment letter to prove my employment.

Please i hope I am doin the right thing.

If your spouse not is coming with you, you can count money in an account under his name , but you must prove you have access to the money. Good Luck!

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is to inform you that my wife (XXXX) received an invitation to apply for permanent residence to Canada. I (YYY) am the non accompanying spouse.

The funds for settlement are held in my ABC bank and these funds are available for use for our settlement in Canada. I have no objection in handing these funds over to my husband for settlement in Canada.

With kind regards,

YYY

God will help us, that was y we didn't want to lie about it at all... Thank you for the encouragement

I know someone with Hepatitis B who has passed medicals. Even if you lied about the Hep B, the tests would still have picked it up. Just have faith that things will work out.

Yes we were asked to do a liver function test and viral load.. we hope to get it done next week
Thanks for the reply
MissMa01:
Ideally it shouldn’t be an issue. They will most likely do further tests -antigen, liver function and Ofcourse HIV.

Basically, it’s a case by case basis but you shouldn’t have anything to worry about. The panel physician will send details to IRCC accordingly.

All the best!!

Great people of Cannyland in d making
At this point of my life I am grateful and at d same time confused on the path to take o.. been waiting one year for this ita to come nd now it has
But I am at a crossroad
I recently applied for sinp nomination with spouse accompanied over a month ago and am being hopeful
Ita is dropping now on 469 with spouse unaccompanied

I don't know d route to take any more

Should I still apply for express entry or wait for sinp
How long does spousal sponsorship take if I decide to go with my husband
In reality is it easy to go alone leaving my husband behind

M at crossroads to be realistic and confused

Please I need sincere opinions

Please I need help my people,
I am currently in d pool with an unaccompanied spouse of 469 with accompanied I am on 450. We decided to try the PNP route. My questions are as follows
1. If we get SINp nomination would we be able to change back to Spouse accompanied as my express entry profile reads that due to to d recent crs draws
2. I have a total of 9yrs working experience as at this August and I av workd as an Admin assistant in a school, administrative officer and and I presently work as an School administrator. I kmw fully well that school admjn is not part of the occupation in Saskatchewan so that's not an option. So I av d the admin officer and admin assistant experience to show. My job as an administrator in a company didn't give me any pension/ tax payment while I have my pension to show for my Admin Assistant job I did. So what I did was create two profile (one with Express Entry and The admin assistant with OID)
In a bid to gamble and see which one plays out.
Plz I want to knw if I am doing the right thing and also if I am not shooting my self in d leg. Please house I need help and assistance
3. I want to knw the documents I shld be expecting will be asked for the sinp as I am on 69 points already.

Please house help me!!!!

My sister please let's keep talking o... I sent you a mail I need pple to encourage me on this spouse unaccompanied challenge.
letskeeptalking:
I think this is the best bet. I was 451 and was already losing hope, untill this lockdown when I saw the points dropping. I quickly removed hubby (and he is not happy about it at all), but I'm up to 457 and I'm hopeful.

Back in August last year my score was 458. Without hubby it would have been 465. But I refused to remove him. I thought the points Will drop, I was wrong. And I regretted the decision. In October I lost 8 points for age and the points kept rising. It's better to make hay when the sun shines.

The truth is spousal visas are easy to get with PR. No need wasting your time.

Please I need the help of anyone who has gone through spouse unaccompanied to Canada and has been successful in bringing the spouse over after PR. I am currently on 450 but with the current crs score I need a 469-471 ND I can only achieve that with spouse unaccompanied. I will really appreciate. I can be contacted on rymzolu22@yahoodotcom.
