The blood of the innocents dying at the hands of cruel men due to bad governance is too much. If you care about human life, you'll think out of the box right now. Don't think this is not necessary. There's a saying which says, "YOU'LL NEVER UNDERSTAND UNTIL IT HAPPENS TO YOU". We all need peace. Soviet Union parted in peace and we can do likewise.

Politics / Opinion: Nigeria Should Learn From Soviet Union by Remman(m): 8:05am On Jul 04
My Nairaland family pals let's discuss.

I'm not a fan of separation but a lot of people are dying. Don't you think it's time we reason out of the box a little?

If Soviet Union was dissolved into 15 countries, Nigeria should dissolve to at least 10 nations. Let me suggest the ones i think could make peace reign.

-Igbo nation
-Yoruba nation
-Akwa Ibom nation
-Rivers & Bayelsa as one nation
-Middle belt nation
-Ijaw nation
-North west nation
-North East nation
-North central nation
-Ogoni nation

The reason why to divide the nation is put on hold is because some people think they'll lose the oil rich regions to their rivals. Why not make the oil rich regions autonomous so that nobody will complain.

Or what do you think, great nairaland family?

I'm only concerned bout the bolded
my brother, the country is boiling and it's at the brink of breaking up. If the once all powerful country called, "Soviet Union" could be dissolved, Nigeria one day would suffer the same fate. With the way things are happening right now, it's a possibility in the next decade or two. You should care about your safety now as anything can happen and nobody would want to defend you or make sure justice is done to your predators. I pray for peace in this country.

Crime / What Will Happen In Nigeria Soon by Remman(m): 11:37pm On Jul 02
Nigeria is facing a lot of challenges and the government of Nigeria has failed greatly. So, here are the list of things that will happen if immediate action is not taken to calm the situations.

Recall ~ what has happened

- Oil theft gave birth to Millitants

- Bad government gave birth to Biafra & Oduduwa agitations

- Killing of Christians in the North gave birth to armed Christians

- Increased crime gave birth to local vigilantees.

Now ~ what will happen

- Killer Herdsmen will give birth to Anti-herdsmen. Very soon, farmers will carry arms after both innocent and killer herdsmen.

- Inflation will give birth to almost fatal protests that will be anti-government.

- Increased insecurity, human rights abuse and Injustice by the government will give birth to war. Even though it seems impossible for a full scale war to occur now due to technology, the language of some part of Nigerians presently is whispering war which may soon be a drum of war.

My great Nairalanders family, What did i miss, people?

Crime / The NGN Approach Will Force You To Carry Arms by Remman(m): 11:06pm On Jul 02
The Nigerian system and heartless men in power will force you to carry arms no matter how peaceful you pose to be.

Going to the past after the civil war, the Niger Deltans peacefully protested and were masacred. But that now gave birth to another strategy. Before they became millitants, they were forced to carry arm due to how they were treated and because carrying of arms was not their main intention, they accepted armnesty for peace. Kanu came up again with the Biafran idea. We all know how he ended up carrying arms indirectly. Any group (boko haram, bandits, iswap, etc) against peace will rubbish the call for armnesty.

Since previous government attempted the dialogue style and it worked. Why can't the present government adopt same strategy towards those agitating for referendum? Why the use of force?

Northerners would rather embrace their own evil than betray themselves to others. That is what the southerners don't have.
we would have been the same way but we're so mixed up with foriegners/different cultures/backgrounds that we no longer know who our brothers are.

Since they discretely had the backing of the corrupt UN (use of INTERPOL) over the arrest of MNK, they've grown horns to do anything to anybody they see as threat to the Fulani Republic.

grin

Conspiracy everywhere but this post's title is not far from the truth. Just sit and watch as the drama unfolds.

This, in fact, is one of the biggest conspiracy ever. These white folks keep an eye on the african nations. Twitter and other social media is one of the mediums they keep an eye on you.

Forget all the games you see been played, they're just eye service to confuse you. Nigeria with all her facilities lack the technology and intelligence to lure someone in UK, that's why you hear something like "INTERPOL" 's involvement. But who are the guys mostly in control in INTERPOL in terms of influence? LMAO!

these white people saw that Nigeria meant business when they banned twitter and were ready to partner with CHINA to regulate internet connections in order to control VPN, etc.

The whites are not fools. We know them as a "give what they WANT to take what you NEED" kind.

FG must have also promised them not to maltreat Kanu if released.

Watch out for more conspiracy unfolding.

A lot of people may think this Kanu arrest was Nigerian security effort!

If you look carefully, you'll notice a bigger hand behind the clock. The people who were hiding him are the same people who might have used him as a bait.

It also look like a game to remove Buhari. If FG is not very wise on handling this matter, the UN may force Buhari to resign.

Watch out for the next drama that unfolds.
