We don't measure the wealth of a state or country by its IGR but GDP per capita (ie per head). If you make ₦500k per month and you have 7 children to cater for, and I make only ₦100k with just a single child, I'm richer than you.

This has shown how we're being rated in the committy of nations. We've been reduced to nothing under this regime. When yaradua was officially pronounced dead, the US, UK, Germany and other notable countries showered-in their condolences. Days after Buhari has been buried, it's been business as usual. Only india, south africa and a couple of other nations sent condolences. Nigeria shall be great again.

That's because he was a sitting president. You think if Barack Obama should die today, many countries would care sending condolence messages??

MODIFIED: I stand by my statement that people are trying to do history revisionism by heaping praises on Yar'Adua. He was just a figurehead whilst the cabals (Yayale Ahmed, Abba Ruma, the NSA, Babagana Kingibe, Aliyu Gusau the leader, etc.) were the ones ruling and Nigerians were complaining bitterly that we'd entered one chance.
I have sympathy for Yar'Addua, but I'll not do so through lies.

1. That was because when we started building universites here in nigeria, housing was not enough for the students and staff, so many universites had to build housing for staff...and students from scratch. Especially the old universites. That meant that universites had to essentially become small cities (something like ABU, OAU for example...and even UNN.).

2. European universites are often times centuries old, and grow with the town. (And yes, many of them have properties all over the place...)

3. Some universites do take up large land mass...see the USA for example.

4. Again housing. Abuja for example has a big housing problem

Even then, Abuja uni can't build a lot of houses for staff now, but that was the idea back in the 1980's when the university was conceived.

Prayer walk, you say. What's the difference between this and a protest? What kind of prayers did they pray that couldn't be prayed in the church or in their privacy? The words emblazoned on these placards....are they different on what we read on the boards of protesters? This was a protest in the guise of a prayer walk.

The most important thing is that that photo or that protest took place in 2020 not during Jonathan's tenure like many people have been erroneously saying. And I remember vividly the day it took place.
