A Nigerian lady, identified as Falilat has taken to Twitter to advise ladies against men that wants the new PS5 claiming such men are not serious with their lives.

According to Falilat, ladies should be vigilant of men who wants PS5 adding that they cannot plan their lives with the home video game.

She tweeted,

“A man that wants a PS5 is unserious with his life and what plan does he have for his future with that? Ladies please be vigilant of men like this”.

However her opinion has steered a lot reactions on social media, as many has taken to the comment section to disagree with the statement.

According to Wikipedia, the Play Station 5 is an upcoming home video game console developed by Sony and it is scheduled to launch on November 12, 2020 in North America, Oceania, Japan, and South Korea, and on November 19, 2020 in other parts of the world.

Sony announced that the video game will cost $499.99, approximately (192,246.16) Naira.

A 17-year-old-girl, identified as Anyasodo Lemachi Genevieve who was recently reported missing, has been found in a hotel room with two boys.

A Facebook user, Annastecia Mary Lyon who shared the story on the platform noted that Genevieve left home for more than three days and all effort to find her proved abortive.

According to Lyon who claimed the missing girl worked for her, stated that she was wrongly accused of knowing Genevieve’s whereabouts, adding that her other apprentices were also arrested by the police after Genevieve went missing.

It was learnt that the missing girl was found after one week of leaving home.

Genevieve was found in a hotel after she was said to have been lodged in the hotel alongside the two boys for one week.

We saw the girl today, looking all beautiful and glowed up, they even bought her new pairs of footwear.

“Then the mom had the guts to ask the police why they are releasing my girl?* really? This family is mean. So they should still keep my girl there even after your daughter is back? How evil. The police told her how she was supposed to apologise to my girl who was detained for no reason for days.

“She didn’t say sorry. She didn’t show any remorse. We left with the police apologising to us… so much wickedness. How do this people want to be served please? Should I talk about the money we lost during these days. Our 12th of September bride, I have it out to an artist. 13th of September bride, I gave it out. All the other 13th of September bookings, we all gave out. 14th and 15th, clients we missed. The expenses to bail the girls, the health expenses. The mental stress. My business name etc Wawu.”. She added.

A lady has cried out after she discovered that the side chic she’s been suspecting her husband was cheating on her with is her own blood sister.

Islam I was taught teaches me that we are judged on our intentions by Allah alone. What’s within, not what you see.

Prayer is both the means to and expression of intimacy with God. In other words, we attain intimacy with God through prayer and also demonstrate our intimacy with Him through prayer. Prayer is the heart and soul of intimacy with God. In prayer, we identify God as our Father, thereby emphasizing the bond between us.

THE MEANING OF PRAYER
Prayer can be defined, simply, as: communication with God. It means that to pray is to commune with God - both speaking and listening to Him.

THE MEANING OF INTIMACY
Intimacy with God on the other hand, is a concept whose essence is captured   in the meaning of the Greek word "koinonia", which is defined as, the close association between persons, emphasizing what is common between them. It also means participation, sharing etc. Therefore, intimacy with God is a close personal friendship and association with God, characterized by communion, participation and sharing.

THE IMPORTANCE OF INTIMACY TO GOD
God's primary and ultimate purposes of creating man was for mankind to revel in intimacy with Him. His first words in Genesis, as they pertain to His intention of creating humanity were, "...Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness..." Looking at those words closely, reveals that the most important reason why God made man was for fellowship. He wanted a being with whom He could share His essence - His  image and His likeness. Man is that being, because he is essentially a spirit that has a soul and lives in a body. By delineating man's essence before talking about his assignment, God intentionally revealed His eternal order for humanity's relationship with Himself, on the one hand, and humanity's relationship with the the earth, on the other hand - man must first relate with God in fellowship, through  communication (prayer ) before relating with the earth through dominion.

The instruction which God gave Adam to tend the garden of Eden, was his assignment and not his purpose of living. This means that for man to carry out his assignment on earth effectively, he has to be in touch with God constantly, through prayer. This, of course, does not mean people have to be in the act of prayer ceaselessly, without doing anything else. What it signifies is that God wants His people to be in an attitude of prayer constantly(1Th 5 :17).

CONCLUSION
 "Then He spoke a parable to them, that men always ought to pray and not lose heart,"(Lk 18:1). The scripture reference above is God's passionate call for His masterpiece (mankind ) to commune with Him always. We would do well to heed the call. Shalom.

Two cats in New York have tested positive for the novel Coronavirus, making them the first pets in the US known to be infected with the disease.

These are the first pets in the United States to test positive,” the US Department of Agriculture announced on Wednesday in a joint statement with the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The agencies emphasized that there is no evidence pets play a role in spreading coronavirus in the United States. “There is no justification in taking measures against companion animals that may compromise their welfare,” they said.

The two cats were tested after they showed respiratory symptoms, according to the agencies, and they join the ranks of a lion and a tiger in New York who were previously confirmed to be infected.

According to CNN, a veterinarian tested the first house cat after it showed mild respiratory signs, but none of the humans in its household were confirmed to have the virus.

It’s possible, officials said, that the cat was infected by somebody outside the home. Someone inside the house, with mild or no symptoms, could have also transmitted the virus.

The second cat, in a separate area of New York, was also tested after it showed signs of respiratory illness. The owner of the pet had tested positive for COVID-19 before the cat became ill.

Operatives of police in Imo State have arrested a 44 year -old- man, Chimnonso Okonkwo, who resides in Orji, Owerri North Local Government Area of Imo State, for allegedly having sex with his 15-year-old daughter.

Okonkwo was also accused of inviting his friends to have sex with his daughter.

The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), in the state, Orlando Godson Ikeokwu, said the Okonkwo was arrested after the police received credible information.

Ikeokwu said Okonkwo has been detained after confessing to the crime.

“It is noteworthy, that it wasn’t the first time this is happening, and that he normally invites his friends who come to his house to have canal knowledge of his own daughter,” Ikeokwu said in a statement on Tuesday.

“He has been detained, while investigation into the incident has commenced.”

The PPRO said that the culprit’s wife was not involved in the matter.

A father of four was, weekend, found dead inside an empty container which served as shop and an apartment for him and his lover, in Whitesand area of Orile, Lagos.

He was said to have slumped during sex with his lover, later discovered to be a pregnant married woman.

The woman found with him was immediately rushed to an undisclosed private hospital, as she was said to be gasping for breath when the container was forced open.

The deceased, identified simply as Akin, was an agent with a betting company, and had two staking centres at Adunni Plaza and at Badia Industrial Scheme, Ijora.

AK, as he was fondly called, was also a merchant in fruits at Orile Iganmu fruit market.
Coordinator of Oodua Peoples Congress, OPC, in the area who identified himself as Mr. Orebintin, explained that a sales boy, who resumed work, discovered that the container was locked from within.

Orebitin said:

“We are still in shock. Nobody knows how it happened. This is not the first time they have been sleeping inside the container.

“One of the sales boys drew our attention to the tragedy. He came to open for the day’s sales, but discovered that the door was locked from inside.

“After several attempts to open it failed, we assisted him to force the cardboard attached to the roof of the container open.

“On entering through the roof, we found Akin stone dead, while the woman was gasping for breath. We had to alert the police from Orile Division, who rushed the woman to a private hospital for treatment.”

Meanwhile, when his widow was contacted on phone to rush down to the hospital where her husband was, she was said to have initially refused, accusing him of abandoning her and their children for three weeks.

She eventually arrived the hospital only to discover that her husband was dead.

Police sources at Orile Division told reporters that during the inspection of the crime scene, a power generating set was discovered. Upon interrogation, it was said to have been on while the lovers were inside.

It was concluded that the lovers may have died after inhaling fumes from the power generating set.

A man pranked his girlfriend by setting up a dummy to make it look like he had another woman in the house. The girlfriend’s reaction when she walked in will have you watching the video multiple times.

In the viral video, the man can be seen putting the dummy in place as he awaited the arrival of his girlfriend. He then lay back on a chair and waited until he heard her footsteps.

When he noticed she was approaching, he stood and got close to the dummy, touching it, as though he were handling a woman.

His girlfriend walked in on this sight and didn’t miss a bit. She immediately leaped towards the man and the “side chick”, jumping them in one swift, athletic move.

As she did, she raised her feet and kicked the dummy’s head.

Her quick reaction has amused Instagram users but what people find most amusing is the kick she aimed at the head of the “side chic”.

Most said if the dummy were a real woman she would have suffered some serious injuries.

A video is currently making the rounds on social media and it shows the moment a ‘local man’ in Cameroon met his water-loo with the three ladies he’d been triple dating.

Apparently, the three ladies were close friends and when they found they had been sleeping and dating the same man, they decided the best action to take to resolve the issue was for the man to get beaten.

They confronted him and gave him the beating of his life.
